This is my first time using Insight Pest Control services. First, I called their service center on 9/5 trying to find someone to help me remove a skunk in a life trap. After I talked to Cody at Insight for more than half an hour, I committed myself to signing up for an annual service contract because I really like how Cody presented his company's services and convinced me theirs is better than others. He is humble, friendly, and patient, No pressure at all. Second, I would like to take my time to give Parker sincere feedback and a big “THANK YOU!” He showed up yesterday on 9/6, took him more than 1 hr, thoroughly spayed my entire property, which is a decent size, and also helped me to set up a bait for rats. He also went above and beyond to help me spray behind my backyard fence to kill carpenter ants and checked my house Crawl Space since I had not had it checked for years. I’m truly grateful and thankful for his professionalism and enthusiasm for his remarkable services. I could not ask any better as this was not what I expected when comparing with another local pest control company’s services I used previously, which each job usually was done within 15-30 minutes. I will highly recommend insight to my friends and coworkers - ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR!! I’m looking forward to using this company’s services for a long time with my full satisfaction…

From the very first phone call, I was impressed by how responsive and caring this company is. We had a major pest issue at one of our rental properties, and they were able to schedule us almost immediately. After the first visit, we saw a huge improvement, and after the second visit today, things are already so much better. They’re scheduled to come back again in two weeks, and the follow-up and consistency have been amazing. I had a great experience with Shawn. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that he went over all the chemicals he was using—what they do, how they work, and how safe they are for pets and family. It made me feel confident and comfortable with the whole process. He also inspected every area thoroughly, pointed out potential problem spots, and gave helpful tips on prevention. He was professional, punctual, and very clear in his communication throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how flexible and accommodating he was with my schedule and specific pest control needs. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the plan. The results were great, and the customer service was even better.

Troy was pleasant and smiling. Even better, he got all the cobwebs off my outside windows! No other service person had gotten all around the house. When I asked him to double check crawl space, he did so graciously. I enjoyed Troy performing my service.
