We just received our first treatment from Insight. Troy was our technician today . He was not only absolutely thorough with the process but very informative as well. It doesn’t hurt at all that he was incredibly on point and personable. I highly recommend Insight and we will definitely continue utilizing their services. Thank you Troy. Second visit was today. The yellow jackets problem we had seems to have disappeared entirely, thanks to the first visit. We had a bait box left with us since the first visit and the evidence shows it’s been emptied. Based on Insights success rate so far, this will undoubtedly help neutralize the diggers around the foundation. Luke is a true professional. He was incredibly kind and courteous and did a thorough inspection of the surrounding area and explained the treatment process clearly. His friendly demeanor and clear communication and addressing concerns are valued. I'm so grateful for his professional service. I would also like to mention that Luke is "top notch" and I would highly recommend him and Insight for any problems with pests around your home.

Gabriel has done such a good job at making sure he is spraying the right places so we can get ride of these fleas!! He is also a very patient guy while I round up all my animals as get them outside so he can do the job! I would definitely refer him to all my friends and family!! He is very professionally am glad i found this company because i am very impressed with the work and not have to worry about fleas bitting me and my animals .Thank you soo much!!

This is Matt B.’s third time at our home and he’s fantastic. He’s super knowledgeable and personable. He’s also extremely determined to help us get rid of our on-going ant problem. When I call to schedule for someone to come out, I try and request Matt to come - he is definitely our preferred Insight Pest employee and very trustworthy!

Kristian and his crew are great! They placed traps in all the right places, when we caught on what type of pest problem it was, he came out himself the very next day and personally placed even better traps. Then he gave our house a once over t o see all potential points of entry and filled in the holes. Very thorough, very friendly, and will explain everything every step of the way. Even if the rodent never gets caught, the service provided is excellent

I can’t say enough about this company. My experience and comfort levels keeps getting better each time. Gabriel came today. He was so easy to talk to and he answered every question I had on top of giving me reassurance and making me more comfortable. He most definitely know his job. I feel like Gabriel is more than a technician, he is a new friend. Thanks again Gabriel.

Troy came by for our 2 week check up on how things were going since the initial visit. Much improved since he provided excellent service. Did a thorough service inside and outside. Highly recommend Troy and Insight Pest Control!

Terrible customer service. I called in a Saturday because we found a huge hornet's nest hanging from our roof where we enter and exit our home. I was told that they couldn't get to us until Tuesday between 8:00-10:00 a.m. They insisted on getting my credit card information before scheduling my appointment. I was desperate so I agreed. Tuesday morning finally comes after stressing for three days. I took vacation time Tuesday morning to be here. At 9:00 I called and was told that my appointment time was changed to 1-5:00 p.m. at 3:00 I called from work and was told it would be approximately another hour and then minutes. At 5:00, I called and was told I was next on the route and he would be there in 30 minutes. At 5:55 I received a phone call telling me that the person who was supposed to do my service call had called off (the first I was told this) and that I had been put on his route, but that it was getting late and he was an hour and a half away, which is ridiculous, because when I talked to them and hour before, they said he was 30 minutes away. And, of course they wait to tell me all this until after all the other businesses that I could have called were closed for the night instead of being honest with me first thing in the morning when I called the first time so that I could. They asked to put me on the next day's schedule where they would again be trying to squeeze me into their schedule. I declined. I do not do business with a company with this kind of horrible customer service if I can avoid it! Also, this is not a situation where I have ants. These are serious hornets and close to my entrance to my home. Unreliable and not honest with me.

Luke took care of my initial service quickly and leaving me with nothing to point out. Everything was taken care of before I had a chance to point out any missed spots. Very knowledgeable and clean. I do recommend!

Luke did a great job with both the interior and exterior extermination. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to ask which areas needed the most attention. I appreciated that he made sure to focus on the problem spots I pointed out. Overall, excellent service — would definitely recommend!
