He conducted a thorough inspection to pinpoint the source of the problem and took the time to clearly explain both the treatment options and payment plans. Kelvin was very thorough with J&J inspection. He inspected each room inside our home. He inspected each termite traps around our home. 3 of the traps were infected. He replaced the infected traps. Excellent service friendly staffing and reliability with results. Since having signed on for year round protection I have never had any pests or critters anywhere with exception of typical fire any mounds but that's extra.
