Best service in town! They were quick to come quote, had the best price versus 2 other companies, and were able to get my repairs made within a week before closing on a house. Ernie was awesome to work with and super responsive. Will definitely be using them for all of my crawlspace services!!!

We used ProCraft Inspection Services for our home inspection and they referred us to Tidewater. Tidewater was able to schedule the inspection simultaneously with our home inspection, allowing us to save time which was great! They were able to come out with just a couple of days notice. They were quick and thorough and offered a great price due to using ProCraft as well as being military. Definitely recommend!

Tidewater Termite and Repair is amazing. They are always accommodating with my schedule. Mike has always been my go to guy for anything crawl space related for several years now. And as a Realtor, it is great to have such an amazing team to call on when my clients need something that they are able to assist with.

This company did the inspection on a purchase. This company provided supporting documents that this home had no termites. That was a lie. When we purchased I noticed that there were damaged rotting landscape timbers. I didn't give it too much attention because there was a clean termite inspection. Now almost a year later I'm tearing this garden bed up and that wood is infested with termites. This is going to be a costly repair. Do not trust this company.

Three termite inspections other 2 agreed. Tidewater was way off. Plus no photos or videos (others took photos and videos). Did not perform industry standard of marking supports, yet claimed 7 supports needed replacement. Overall extremely dissatisfied with the inspection. Additionally, most expensive repairs.
