We had our first service with Joshua’s last week and couldn’t be more pleased. We scheduled with Abel who was efficient, professional, and friendly on the phone. We compared Joshua’s to one other company and they had better communication and rates. James B came out for the first service and he too was professional. We received a notification when he was on his way and he arrived within the scheduled window. He listened to our needs and concerns and clearly explained the steps he was taking. We’re glad to have Joshua’s recommended to us by our neighbors.

James B did an outstanding job servicing our home. Not only did he brush out the cobwebs from the usual areas he also brushed them out from underneath our patio chairs and also sprayed them. He took his time paying extra attention to the trees and bushes because this time of the year is when those huge spiders come out and make those massive webs. He deserves recognition for his excellent efforts.

We love Joshua's! Our tech today, Jim B., was friendly, professional and thorough! He came to the door before he started treatment to ask if there were any areas of concern, and then checked with us again before he left. Very nice!! It's been our experience with the company that the techs AND office staff are all proud of the company and the work they do. We saved LOTS of money by switching from the big corporate pest control service to Joshua's. You will love Joshua's as much as we do. Try them!!

Isaiah ( hope I'm spelling it correctly...) from Joshua's was great. He showed up on time, completed the service, great csr ( customer service representative) skills with my mum and even closed the gate (helped mum since I wasn't home). I believe that these text messages are monitored and Joshua pest will receive my messages, I am very disappointed at the service received, recently I had a rat infestation at my house and I called to get service, a technician was sent out and set out a maximum of 2 traps and that's all that's allowed to set, there is no need for more. A few days later we noticed that the mice activity had migrated to a different part of the house and I called Joshua's pest control back and asked them to come back and place more baits, after many attempts to convince them to come back, they refused giving many excuses and bad explanations as to how baits work. Without any other recourse I went out and purchased my own baits and used those to catch the infestation at my house with no help from the warranty service that I am supposed to be receive if and paying for. I am truly disappointed and disgusted at the type of service being provided Too bad I’ve been using them for over two decades and this is how they treat their loyal customers. I guess we never know how they will treat you until you need something solved.

Joshua’s has been awesome. Excellent customer service. Today Gary came out to assess our ant situation. He is extremely personable, professional and thorough. Provided us with more info and helpful recommendations, like trimming our trees back at least 18” from the wall. He found a nest and treated our entire house. Very pleased with Gary and Joshua’s.

We’ve been happy with Joshua’s for our regular outdoor Pest Control for a couple years. I called them about doing a flea treatment in our home and was happily surprised to learn that our quarterly service plan included free flea treatment of our home! Our technician even worked on a Saturday and was very personable and professional. Highly recommend them!

Massoud was wonderful! He treated our home thoroughly for ants and spiders that started coming in with the cooler, rainy weather. He used specific treatments for each area of the house — bait near food shelves, targeted sprays around sinks and toilets where ants were entering, perimeter spray outside, and pellets on the grass and rock areas. He even removed all the webs. I was especially impressed by how carefully he addressed each problem area, choosing the safest and most effective treatment for each. I also appreciated that he took the time to ask to see every spot that was affected — and then made sure to treat them all thoroughly. The cost was included in our quarterly pest control service. It’s nice to be able to call Joshua’s any time we need it without an extra fee.

Marcos D. came out to service my property recently and boy was I impressed with him and this company. This was my first time contracting a pest control company so I had a lot of questions. He quickly put me at ease with his knowledge, personable demeanor and professionalism. The office staff before and after the service were just as friendly and a pleasure to work with. The company has a great warranty program too which was key for me. All and all, the service and results have been outstanding. Highly recommend!

I recently had Joshua Pest Control come out to address a pest issue at my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The technicians, Isaac and Daniel, were exceptionally professional and attentive. They not only knocked down cobwebs but also set traps for a mouse that had been eluding us for months. Their efforts paid off; they successfully caught the little guy! Additionally, they placed traps outside, and I was impressed to see that the bait quickly disappeared, indicating their methods were effective. Our initial service was performed and Isaiha was our technician. He did a thorough job and our front door and surrounding areas looks great. All cobwebs are gone! We would have given 5 stars but he unfortunately left our gate open to the backyard. We can’t see the gate from our back door and if we would have let our dogs out, they would have escaped! Luckily we saw it when we got home from work. Other than that, everyone we have spoken to at Joshua’s has been outstanding! Great customer service! Keep up the great work!

Daniel Munoz came today for a regular service. Since it was raining earlier today the yard is still wet, which is not good for pest control treatment. Daniel said that he can come back in a good day, I said I totally understand. not a problem at all. Daniel still carefully checked the rats trappers (LOL, my neighbor has rats!) to make sure they are in good shape and refilled one of them. During entire service, Daniel is very professional and gentle. Thank you so much, Daniel!

Just had James come through for our first general pest service (exterior and interior). He was incredibly knowledgable and had great attention to detail. I really appreciate how thorough he was and was incredibly friendly too. He represented the company exceptionally well.

Massoud at Joshua’s Pest control searched for the ants outside that were getting into the bathroom. I didn’t see how they were getting into He discovered it and took care of the problem. They have great service. They come out at specified dates and if ants show up before that they come for free for visits between normal visits you pay for. Everyone that have come out were very polite and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. I was very pleased with the professional job that Massoud did today.
