Have been using JP pest since we moved in our new home and realized we had a rodent issue that had previously been ignored for years by the past owners. They were VERY comfortable in our home. We made the decision to go with JP pest based on local reviews and we have not been disappointed! Their pricing has been very reasonable based on my research for an annual plan that covers pretty much everything we would need. The sign up process was easy, quick and they were very clear in the terms of the plan and made it easy to understand so I knew exactly what I was signing up for and paying for. Their technicians have all been local knowledgeable people and l have had no concerns at all with the service they have provided. All my questions have been answered with care. I have pets and one of my absolute biggest concerns was around safety to them and the local creatures (within reason ) I didn't want any harm to come to my pets or any unnecessary harm to our local beneficial critters or bugs. Whenever they come for a service they are clean and neat and clearly take care to not accidentally leave products around that could cause any unintended harm. They are applied or distributed with intent and precision. I appreciate very much their care in their work and have seen immediate and consistent positive results. My only very insignificant negative is that I wish it was possible to nail down a more specific window of when they are going to arrive for a routine service. I do get notification several days before telling me the day they will come, but a specific window isn't identified. I know this is standard practice so I don't hold it against them in any way but it would be nice to have a shorter window say 2-3 hours that I can plan around. Other than that (which isn't a huge issue for me) - Highly recommend!

Our first appointment was great- Matt was so thorough from the moment he arrived. Explained everything being done and such a great guy. We want him on every appointment we have moving forward. His knowledge and delivery was exceptional!!!

We've been using JP Pest services for 3 years now at our Log Cabins in Lincoln NH and prior to that was former Bain Pest service they bought out that we used at our prior home in Salem N.H.for many years. What we like best about JP Pest Service is their fairness to repeat customers and appreciation for our many years of doing business. They really appreciate repeat customers and your not just a number. That's rare for a large company. I want to add that Joel is an outstanding Sales Rep and he has been there right from the start when we moved to Lincoln and the Bain company was being bought out. There was a lot going on and he was right there for us through the companies transition. At one point we didn't know who to talk to and Joel came in and helped us. He's a great asset to the company. He brings things together and makes things happen. We've been pest free for our first 3 years at the new Log Cabins!

The technician that came to my home today was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He determined the source of my problem and assured me that the bait he used was the very best. He also gave me information as to how I can properly seal the exterior of my home better. About an hour after he left there was clear evidence that the bait was working. I feel confident that my issue is on its way to being resolved.

We’ve been using JP Pest for almost 3 years and have found the service to be excellent. We’ve noticed a major improvement regarding the level of pest activity and feel it’s monitored very well by JP. We had a visit in March and I recently noticed ants, so I emailed and they came to take of it completely under warranty! The customer service is fantastic and every technician we’ve had has been friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They answer any questions I have with confidence and explain in detail. Would absolutely recommend!

Have had JP Pest at our seasonal home for years. Every person who has come has been timely, personable, and knowledgeable. The office has always worked with us to schedule appointments around when we would be there, often changing appointments for us. I highly recommend them.

Had a gentleman stop by today to do our quarterly maintenance (I apologize, I didn’t get his name). He was very cordial and explained everything being done on-site with this visit. Once he was done, he came to the front door letting me know everything was in good order, and he was on his way. I appreciated his kind demeanor, and hope he’s the representative that comes back for future maintenance.

Kael came to the house today for an interior/ exterior inspection. Kael was focused and got the job done well and in a timely manner! He was very detail oriented as well and found issues that other technicians have missed in the past. Thanks Kael!
