My rate is a 5 star with no hesitation! Had two people within the three visits. Jordan and Alex were an amazing, professional, patient and kind workers! Super polite and funny may I add! They are filled with lots of knowledge that even got me hooked up on lol. Had such an amazing experience with both of them. Which made the process go super smooth! As for the bugs, haven’t be spotted anymore which I am so pleased about as well. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! And definitely recommend to everyone else! I originally reached out to them when I discovered a wasp nest inside the wall of my home, and they handled the situation quickly, safely, and professionally. Since then, I’ve continued to use their services for all my pest control needs, and they have yet to let me down. They are incredibly responsive—any time I have an issue, whether inside or outside the house, they send someone out right away. Their professionalism and reliability give me so much peace of mind knowing that my home is protected year-round. I also want to give a special shoutout to Matt, their technician. I contacted Kapture for some preventative care work as a first time home buyer and John was great in showing me some things to consider and making me feel comfortable that we were in good hands. There were no signs of inspects or rodents but he still did everything to prevent them for future and gave me tips on certain home improvements to fix possible entry points.

Trevor is the most dedicated, hard working and knowledgeable service person we have ever encountered. He truly wants to get rid of our pests. We had a hornet nest issue and they came out right away to treat. We started seeing results within a few days. They came back for a rpt treatment and the hornets are practically gone. Very courteous and professional. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

Kapture Pest Control was amazing! 😊 Aviva came out the same day I called to inspect the wasp problem herself and made sure the right person came out right after to take care of it. Very well spoken, knowledgeable young man came. This company does our commercial buildings as well. We were w a nationwide company for 26 years. They got too big, never could reach the same person, and service was not reliable. We are paying a good bit more for Kapture quarterly service, but they seem to be sharp, reachable, and we’re looking forward to working with this new, dependable company.

Matt Iovino was very thorough in examining spots in the house and outside that might contribute to mice problem in the house. He explained what he was doing and listened carefully to my concerns. Traps were set; bait distributed and small openings were sealed. I found this first visit very satisfactory. A two week follow-up was scheduled.

Kapture has worked wonders for our small pet shop. They are highly effective in removal of all types of vermin while maintaining a sensitivity to the animals in the shop. They also maintain a high code of ethics in dealings with small-scale establishments. Kaylee has been extremely helpful every step of the way, providing solutions almost as quickly as the problems arise. Cannot say enough good things about Kapture and we highly recommend them!

We had this extermination company come in to set more traps, even though we had already managed to keep the mouse problem to a minimum on our own. Unfortunately, during their visit, they broke our oven door and never informed us about it. We only discovered the damage afterward. This lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable. Their negligence has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden on our household. Instead of helping to solve a small pest issue, they created a much bigger problem. We expected professionalism and transparency, but sadly, that was not the case. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy or careful service.

Brandon da Silva provided excellent service, a good listener after asking questions concerning what the activities were after the initial visit. He performed a follow up visit. He had was pleasant and displayed good manners.

Got service today! Very professional. I love the way they communicate about the time the will be in my house. The price is also very reasonable. Melvin was very detailed, he also explained to keep my dogs in the room for one hour. Definitely a great choice.
