I just had Bryan out with Keith's. He was so knowledgable and patient and professional. He was here a lot longer making sure that I was pleased and went up in the attice in August 2 times. Very pleased and can not thank him enough. You just do not find technicians like Bryan anymore. If you need this service please reach out and call Keiths, ask for Bryan. He was amazing and did a wonderful job.

I do not recommend. Unprofessional. Tech was texting me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Making it seem like he didn't want to deal with what i paid for. I also paid 200 more bucks for a wasp problem i didn't have. Turns out they were flying ants. I do not get close to any swarms. Which is why I called them. I figured he would be able to determine the difference. But, I guess the money is all that mattered. I got ripped off. If you have any problems in the san antonio surrounding areas, I strongly recommend buzz me bee service. They are excellent in every way. Don't waste your money and time here. Buzz me bee will give you what you pay for.

We hired wasp removal services a few months ago as we had European and red wasps swarming our property. The price was a little steep, but since it has the 6 month warranty, we thought it would be worth it to guarantee the removal of these wasps from our property. On the day of the appointment, our technician was several hours late and it was a bit awkward since we were in the middle of making dinner. He was here for awhile though, so I was hopeful that the wasps would be taken care of. The number of wasps definitely reduced, but they were still out in full force to where we couldn't enjoy our backyard. My husband asked if they could come back out as part of the guarantee. They did honor this, but they were once again late, knocked on the door and sprayed, and literally left after 5 min of being here. They didn't say anything and just drove away. It really seemed that they truly didn't care if the problem was taken care of and it was a disappointing experience

The two gentlemen came out and addressed the situation. They were very professional and courtesy. I also appreciate the Veterans discount I received. I highly recommend them.
