David is always pleasant upon arrival. He takes the time to greet and visit with our dog both before and after service. Always asks us if we have had any issues or have seen any unwanted critters. Completes service quickly and thoroughly and let's us know when he is done. Enjoy having him as out service provider.

Every single person employed by Kenny’s is fantastic! They are the friendliest group. From the ladies in the office to the gentlemen who come to do the service calls, so so polite and friendly! Brian was here today, absolutely excellent customer service! So knowledgeable about his trade. He asked if I had any herbs or garden plants he should be aware of. I would have never even thought of it, but I just noticed mint that had come up along the foundation. I may or may not use it, but now I know it’s safe! Thank you Brian for a job well done! We appreciate your attention to details! We have Kenny’s come every two months just as maintenance and it’s worth every penny.

We have used Kenny's for our workplace, where we have a food pantry as well as a clothing closet with donated items. They have been great over the past few years, but what is outstanding to me was when a donated bag of clothing included some stowaways, Kenny's sent someone out the very next day to help do an emergency treatment. Their quick response and willingness to make an emergency visit will always stand out to me.

Matthew was not only friendly and polite, but he was even a little early! (AND seemed to wait a bit before coming to our door, which was appreciated since we had animals to put up and I was working!) You just never know what you’ll get when you’re given a window of time AND when it’s nearing the end of a Friday, but Matthew was beyond pleasant. Since it was our first treatment, he walked us through the process and gave great information. We are thrilled with the service we received!

Pleasant company to work with. Always answers the phone, easy to schedule and Matthew (the pest control tech) was prompt and super nice! He even called 2 hours prior to appointment to offer an earlier time slot due to a cancellation!!). He arrived exactly on time too, which I HIGHLY appreciate.

Cheyenne called since he was running ahead of schedule. He was here in 10 minutes. We walked around to where I thought the yellow jackets were entering. We actually found the site! He explained the process and did a very thorough job of spraying product. He explained it may take up to three days for the yellow jackets to be completely gone. He said if I still had issues I could give Kenny's a call.

Kenney’s is great! Everyone was so friendly from my initial call for services with Jana, to Brian coming to spray. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and personable for a very positive experience!

Shane is always friendly and willing to answer my concerns. He is thorough and respectful of my requests. I am satisfied with the job he does.
