Great guy, very friendly and knowledgable. Flexible too. I rented heaters from him and did everything myself. I recommend him 100%. I called the companies and they could not help me whatsoever.

Jazz is beyond amazing! I called him at a total loss. .let me clarify, I messaged him! He responded so fast! 1st company to respond and with-in minutes! Others just now started! I'm about to be done today, so they are late- he was willing to come the night I contacted and assured me everything would be fine, not in a condescending way but in a way that I knew he knew what he was doing! I was ready to burn my furniture and I just bought half of it!! He stayed and set things up, fixed my ever flipping breakers & has stayed in full contact! I actually needed the equipment a little bit longer than expected- because I have a fear of 🐛 bugs and he was so nice to accommodate..knowing he didn't have to..I can read people well..his heart is in his business which is why I chose him..his reviews are spot on! I'm so thankful I found him and I'm more thankful that he put up with my kids being a hand full asking 1000 questions and he was still cool, calm and patient! PLEASE IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE BED BUGS, DONT USE ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WANTS TO CHARGE YOU 1000'S AND 1000'S JUST TO COME BACK OUT AGAIN! Jazz is awesome! He explained the whole process and prices for everything! We saved so much money by doing it ourselves and we’re very happy with the results! I was waiting for a while to have a company reach back out but Jazz was the first to reach back out. The other companies reached out after they helped us take care of the problem. Jazz is so awesome! He knows how the bugs operate and the best method to kill them. He was quick responding and coming to my house. My friend had an infestation and he killed them all at his house too. We are so grateful for him. He is a wonderful person too. When I blew a fuse he offered to come help me and he was 40 min away and it was late. I figured it out though with his help over the phone. He also let me keep the heater an extra hour since I was moving it to a few rooms. I highly recommend calling Jazz if you have a bed bug issue.

I just moved in to an apartment and discovered two days after moving in that there was a bed bug problem. The leasing office wanted to charge me a lot of money to chemically treat the bugs over an 8 week span, meanwhile I was living in discomfort, and being bitten.
