Staff are always friendly and the techs are extremely knowledgeable. I haven't had a time where they couldn't work around my schedule for inside sprays. Great customer service. They send an appropriate amount of reminder messages and I can always get someone on the phone when I have questions about scheduling or adding services.

This is my second time leaving a review for Kind Pest Control and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. The office always calls beforehand to let me know when to expect the technician, which I really appreciate. Amed was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated when he started and finished and made sure everything was done thoroughly. They use safe solutions, which gives me peace of mind since I have a dog and kids. I feel safe knowing my home is treated properly.
