Nicholas was great as usual! He is always courteous to us and willing to answer any questions we have. He does an excellent job spraying all around the house and asks if we want the garage interior sprayed, also. He always calls ahead of time to let us know he will be arriving soon. Nicholas services our home 6 times a year.

Great experience with Dominick . He was professional on time and very thorough with the service. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied with the process. I really appreciate the quality of his work and his friendly attitude. I highly recommend him.

I get my service done by Melody who is so communicative, honest and friendly. She gives me multiple heads up texts before she gets here and seems to really know her stuff. She is also so sweet to my dog so that’s an added plus!

Incredibly fast response time to our call for help! Dean was fantastic! And very knowledgeable on the Bark Scorpion he rescued us from inhabiting our closet. He treated the exterior and upon our approval the interior of the house. First rate services, I highly recommend!

I had a really bad Ant problem 2 months ago and called this company to come out and spray and I signed up for their monthly service of 40$ where they come out every other month and spray outside and inside ( if needed) and you can call on the in between months if your still having an issue, but so far since there last visit I haven’t seen one bug!!!!! Today was my second visit with them and I had Gavin, he was super polite and did his job quickly mad sure to shut my gate as request and was nothing but professional and had amazing customer service manners, my original appointment was supposed to be for Tuesday this week but as it’s hot and bug season Gavin was running behind and was apologetic and courteous asking to reschedule for today, he was super thankful that I was understanding which i was because it’s been over 100 degrees out and the bugs are running to the houses, it’s the busy season. Hopefully I get him again in my next service !!!

TLDR: Their technicians do not spray your whole yard and don’t do granules and dusting even though that is what you’re paying for. They also don’t come out for inspections! I am not the type to leave a bad review because I honestly think its cringe and embarrassing, but Las Vegas Pest Control has billing us for services that aren’t being rendered and I want to warn people, so they don’t have to deal with them. Read their Yelp, all the bad reviews are over there explaining essentially the same thing that happened to me. And if they reply to my review saying I am not a customer, the account is in my boyfriend’s name. We previously were customers with Green Wave which was acquired by Las Vegas Pest Control. Ever since the merger we have been having issues. The technicians are not spraying our whole yard, obviously that is wrong and not cool. Like if I hired a landscaper to pull weeds, and the landscaper only pulled half of the weeds, I wouldn’t be getting what I paid for lol. The technician didn’t spray under my covered patio, didn’t go down to my side yard to spray, and I have him on my front camera only spraying one side of the stairs leading up to my entry gate. The technician also sprayed half of the backside of my house and then stops? I have this on video from two different dates. But, I am struggling uploading a video, so I will upload photos with time stamps that show the technician never opened my side gate at least. My boyfriend called the tech, asking what happened with the side yard and why he didn’t spray, he just kept insisting he went back there, and that he is the best technician ever lol. But, like okay dude we have you on camera, when are you gunna stop lying lol. I pay for granules and dusting, my yard hasn’t been dusted, and the granules haven’t been put out since April. It is now August. My boyfriend’s mom has also had an issue with them not spraying her backyard because they claim they didn’t have the gate code. The technician was given the gate code over the phone, but they just put in their notes they couldn’t treat her house because of the gate code. We both have pool cleaners, landscapers, and obviously use pest control services. We know how to make sure technicians have the proper information to gain entry to the area to provide a service. We have never had a company not be able to gain access to the yard. So, this gives me the impression they just said screw it and didn’t want to go in her backyard. In July, I found a carpet beetle in my guest room, at the time I was like “ehhh what if it could be a worse bug let me get an inspection.” So, I tried to call and get an inspection and I was transferred to a person at a call center who was just pressing me on upgrading my plan to include mosquito care because “there are reports of mosquitos in my area.” Like just straight up lying, obviously we live in Las Vegas there are no mosquitos. No matter how many times I said no, the dude kept trying to get me to upgrade. I said something about how I pay them enough to get my free inspections and when I say no I would like that to be acknowledged and respected. That guy hung up on me. Called back, they said someone would call about an inspection. I never got a call or inspection. Canceled my services with them today. And if you decide to go with another company, see if they are owned with Las Vegas Pest Control because they bought a few pest control businesses around town.

So many 5 star reviews, maybe they are good at regular pest control but for sure not rodent control. I have a “ roof rat” in my kitchen. They sent Brian to do the inspection. He made it sound as if they would get the rat plus make sure there were no nests. He tells me just call us locally instead of the call center and we will take care of you. Mind you I am a 70yr old widow. You want to know what I got for 450??? 4 traps!! And some black boxes in the back yard. And I still have the rat. Had I known this was it I would have struggled to get down on the floor and put my own traps down. The problem would have been getting up!!! Anyways just another old lady taken advantage of.

We’ve been with this company for several years now. Although the service tech has changed a couple of times, everyone who has serviced our home has been professional and friendly. Our current tech, Aaron, always gives us a heads up the day before our scheduled day, providing an estimated time of arrival. If we need to change it, he is accommodating and helpful. I’d recommend him and LV Pest control to anyone looking for service!

Nick provided great service and was very knowledgeable about .. well everything related pest control. He taught me about the different types of critters and what to watch out for. Now, I also have an appreciation towards wolf spiders haha

Fast and efficient service with a thorough treatment of both home and yard. Pet-safe products were used, which we really appreciated. Pricing was reasonable, and the service technicians were friendly, respectful, and professional—they even wore shoe covers inside the house. Highly recommend! & Immediate relief of ants!!

I’ve fallen for the pest control door to door sales that have always let me down, we’re so expensive, get complicated and have contracts. So I looked for a local service and I found this business - so glad I did! It’s easy, no crazy contracts and commitments - just overall easy & I need that in my life with work/kids/life! Jackson was so kind - I even asked him to push me back a hour due to school pickup and he was able to work around my schedule! The service was thorough and easy. I’d definitely recommend this company!

Wonderful experience. Brian came out and was very friendly and surveyed the area and gave me a quote. Then Troy came the next day and sprayed the area. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He was so sweet and had great service. 10/10

Jackson came out to my house at 5pm on a Friday to treat for scorpions! He was polite from the very start, super kind over the phone, punctual, and provided great service. He addressed our concerns and made sure all areas were treated as discussed. Highly recommend! So grateful they were able to come the same day I called to establish service.

We have used Las Vegas Pest Control for many years and their service has always remained consistent and fantastic. They are informative on any concerns and very personable! Randolf was our latest technician and provided great customer service and answered questions that I had. Also, dealt with our crazy pup because I forgot to close the doggy door! I would recommend their service to anyone.

I was having a rough experience with lvpc at first. They missed the first appointment due to "scheduling software errors" and their managers took 5 days to return my calls... After scheduling ANOTHER appointment, it was scheduled on the wrong day AGAIN due to.."software issues" but after Dominic took over as my tech he got me right. He scheduled me on the day I requested, came in a timely manner, and assisted me in removing some things from my cabinets for the fumigation. He was polite, professional, prompt, and true to his word. He treated my home quickly and communicated clearly on when I can return. Very nice young man and I would be happy to keep him as my preferred technician. Thanks again Dominic!

We have been using Las Vegas pest Control since they were called Red Rock pest control. Have never had any complaints. We really like our service technician Matt. So pleasant and professional and accommodating to one’s schedules. Matt helps restore your confidence that there’s still folks with integrity and a job well done.

Great service, great price. I love that I can call if I need them to come out more than every 2 months and it's no issue. Juan has been our tech twice and has done a great job.
