    A house with no bugs is cool and one thing , however everytime MelOdy shows up it feels like my fairy GodMother is appearing , really like family just a great soul thank you for your expertise, truly amazing !

    I love having Las Vegas Pest Control as my exterminator. I had them at my previous address for over 10 years. I loved them so much, they're now taking care of my new address. Ryan is a really great tech. Punctual, courteous, and professional. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

    Highly recommend Las Vegas Pest Control as your go to treatment service! Gavin was my technician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough! Customer service for this company is also amazing! They are very responsive, friendly and helpful as well as communicating at all times on their arrival schedule, trust them, they know how to handle business the right way!

    Matt is amazing. His work is always so very thorough. In addition, he’s very friendly and makes sure with a phone call that we know when he will be at our house to spray. He gets every nook and cranny. In addition, if there are any spiderwebs he removes them. He’s very careful with the areas where the our cats are and where their food is. Matt is great!

    I want to come back on here to write another review for Las Vegas pest control. I was just sprayed at the beginning of September and again I saw another very much alive scorpion it was outside but still this should not be happening. I would like somebody to call me to see how we can resolve this issue I just paid For my service and still seeing live scorpions.. This is not acceptable

    When I first started with the company, I went through several technicians before we found Russell. Since then, he has consistently provided outstanding service and has been truly professional in every interaction. Thanks to Russell, we were finally able to resolve our scorpion problem. As long as Russell remains with the company, we will continue to be loyal customers.

    I’ve used Las Vegas Pest Control since approx 2020. I had to cancel services when we sold our home. Once we moved in to our new home I had to re-sign up. Terms and contracts had inevitably changed and I believe the company was sold since my original contract was in place for my old property. I had some hiccups with billing initially but they have been sorted out since. Eric is the technician who serviced our old property and we were lucky to have him back at our new home. He is, and has always been, very friendly and attentive to any changes around the home and property. He’s a familiar face and it is always a pleasant interaction with him.

    After getting stung by a scorpion in March, was due for another service but saw another one. I was panicked but they got me service right away. Leon was very nice, very calming, got the house sprayed. I felt way better, appreciate him and the fast response.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Las Vegas Pest Control and would not recommend them to anyone. From the start, communication was a problem. We were told that someone would come to check in on the house, but never came inside after the initial visit. Then we wouldn't know if they stopped by because they never checked with the person in the house. I was told I would receive follow-up emails with appointment details and billing info, but they never arrived—despite multiple promises. I've been chasing them for a month, just to get the final statement and cancellation notice; as of today, I still have nothing. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for services I initially agreed to. This went on for about 2 months. When I called to clarify, I was given conflicting information by different representatives, and no one seemed to take responsibility or provide a clear answer. It felt like an "oops, our bad", and kept going on business as usual. While professional. the lack of organization was truly frustrating. It's one thing to deal with a pest issue, but it's another to have to constantly follow up just to get accurate info and proper billing. I've had the same email for the last 20 years, and it still seems impossible to get something electronically or at the very least, by snail mail. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else.

    My tech Russ was very professional and kind performed quickly. Normal experience with pest control they like to the little so they can keep coming back and you see no difference in their visits, but after the first treatment a HUGE difference was seen I'm so glad my mom's friend recommended them worth every penny better than Orkin

    Nicholas was awesome! Very informative, polite, and easy to talk to. I appreciated him explaining everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and he even gave me a few tips. I couldn't ask for a better first impression.

    I would’ve given five stars: the service technicians are wonderful and knowledgeable. We have been almost totally bug free since starting them and they are very good about coming out right away if we notice any activity. The reason for knocking off a star is due to their phone service. They used to be called red rock pest control and it was much easier to call and speak to somebody. Now if you call and leave a message, you are just wasting your breath and time. Nobody will get back to you, you have to call until you get a human. I would recommend them because I do find their repellent services to be excellent and that is why you call an extermination company, I just wish the business office end was better. Another thing I found frustrating that I think people should be aware of is there was very minimal notification of a price increase. When I am on auto pay, I don’t open every invoice because I know the amount and that it was automatically deducted. They added a line that the following service period is going to have a rate increase. To me that should’ve been its own email, not just a sentence on the invoice. I did call them and expressed my frustration and they handled it by giving me a discount on my next months payment which I appreciated, but I do think that policy should change.

    I switched to Greenwave yesterday and they scheduled me a service first thing today. My service guy is Riley, and he is knowledgeable, friendly, and will walk you through any questions you may have. He’s also very thorough with the service. Greenwave sprays your exterior and interior, but what sets them apart is their Delta Dust they use in addition to the spraying to keep any nests from forming under the roof of the home. Also, I feel very protected and safe knowing that in between services, they provide touch up services for free. They also removed the spider in my irrigation box. They’re a great company!

    I signed up for what was supposed to be a $49/month pest control plan, with the option to spray inside and outside or just outside to ward off ground roaches. The initial spray was $120, which I paid and was present for. The tech was very professional and friendly. After that, things went downhill. They charged me $49 for the first month but never showed up or called to schedule. My cameras confirmed no one came, yet they sent an invoice claiming they had. They then charged my credit card without authorization, even though I had only used it for the initial service. When I called, I was told the real price was $98 every other month, but they charge $49 monthly to spread out the payments. This was never explained upfront. Despite canceling, they charged me again the following month, still without showing up or contacting me. After multiple calls, they refunded one $49 charge but refused to return the first unauthorized $49, stating I did not cancel until after that charge, but if this was a pre-charge for the following month, I received nothing for it. This company misrepresented their pricing, billed without consent, and failed to provide the service they claimed. In my experience, it felt deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others against using them. Those who are, check your cameras to ensure they are truly coming to your home.
