deleted a previous review for a pest control company that lost my trust because of customer service dishonesty. I now see they did not do the best job. I found this company for a friend and they accomplished what she needed and I saved the contact information luckily.I had a few ants come back and called Robert., I saw right away the difference and how much more thorough Robert was. My friend that used him thought the same and she was so happy with his service. I now join the list. Robert fit me in the next day. He is patient and understanding. He answered all my questions. He did an excellent job job. He even pulled out my stove since I saw the ants in a cabinet above. Not only did he spray but used granular pesticide as well. He also put a couple little traps in my garage and a special one in the cabinet. What a difference from the other company. I won’t go any where else. The service is amazing and the work is awesome. I highly recommend Robert. So grateful for the peace of mind too. Pricing is much better and worth it.

Literally everyone else sucks and this company came out in about an hour when every other "fancy" company said they can't come out until Tuesday (today is Saturday and we had 20+ bees in our house coming in through a vent, on top of a backyard vent swarm of hundreds). Affordable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, I can't say enough good things after an awful day. Terminix and Orkin can't do what this company did.

The customer service and attention to detail to their work is impressionablenv i illini to say the least. They take pride in their work and know their stuff. I can always rest assured that they will take care of us no matter what the situation calls for. Thanks guys!

This company is the shit! We called everyone that showed up on Google for 24/7 service..they all were named differently but was all Terminix and one was Orkin no one can come out until Tuesday because of a holiday on Monday but it's Saturday!? But y'all hire people to answer the phone and try to oversell what isn't needed for monthly services?? Robert was found on Craigslist and he even took the job a half an hr after they were closed. He took care of the bees outside and the ones that were trying to come into the house through the wall and vent to make a nest. you We tried to tip him and he was happy for the review instead. He clearly cares about the job more than trying to scam and get over on people like everyone these days.

I highly recommend Let's Go Pest Control. Robert is a good guy, upbeat, ethical, competent, and reasonably priced. He originally came to us from our home warranty company in response to a scorpion problem. He volunteered for and did a follow-up visit to ensure the problem was handled. In both cases, his fees were very reasonable. He's my go-to pest guy.
