Kerry from Magna Pest Solution was extremely professional from start to finish. He called me before arriving to let me know when to expect him, and once he arrived, he clearly explained everything that was going to happen during the service. He sprayed the entire house as well as the outside and even took the time to remove a few spider webs around the exterior. Kerry also explained the product he was using, shared useful knowledge, and let me know what to expect over the next 14 days. After the service, he followed up with a detailed text message that included the same helpful information and reminded me that if I needed anything, I could always reach out. Overall, the level of professionalism, communication, and thoroughness was excellent. I really appreciate the great service and peace of mind.

I highly recommend Magna for quick turnaround. I moved into my house on a Saturday and by Monday morning, I found a number of ants throughout the first floor. I called them Monday morning and they had someone out by the afternoon. Von was great! He was kind, seemed very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure he captured all areas.
