I’ve been with Magna for a few years now, and they’ve been great every step of the way. My regular tech is Ben, and we always have a great visit. He’s personable, thorough, and attentive to ensure that all of my issues are addressed. Had a visit today, mentioned a wasp issue that I’ve been having. Before I know it, he was on a ladder and shooting down the wasp nest 20’ high perched near the top of the roof.
