I’m so thankful for Alonso and Gerardo! They were both incredibly kind and efficient. They took the time to explain the entire safety protocol to help us protect our home from pests, rodents, and more. Thanks to their work, we now feel much safer and more at peace in our home. A Massey sales person provided misleading (false?) information leading to a credit card charge that shouldn't have been applied. After 2 months of trying to get the refund we were informed that what the Massey sales person told on numerous occasions and to numerous people wasn't correct. I guess I expected more from Massey than misinformation and getting the run-around to get a refund. Spending hours on the phone and talking to reps that don't seem to care is not what I expected from Massey. Reading many of the Yelp reviews I'm not the only one disappointed with Massey's lack of honesty and customer service.

The technician that they have been sending out to Colonial Drive Apartments is lazy and doing nothing to actually address the German cockroach infestation. The tech comes in and lays glue monitoring traps. Sprays one or two areas and then leaves. Doesn't seem like the technician is actually trying to find the nest. Been two months and the situation hasn't gotten any better but worse. There are residents leaving trash bags outside their apartment unit for a reason.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior displayed by Massey Pest Control during their visit to my apartment at Altis Grand Lake Willis. They entered without any prior notice, which is unacceptable. Additionally, they left muddy footprints on floor, a pool of what looked like pesticide or sweat in the closet, and even a partial dirty handprint on the door. This level of carelessness is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of training. The technician needs to be retrained to ensure they respect customers’ homes and maintain basic standards of cleanliness and communication. I've noticed that responses to reviews from Massey are usually the standard "please contact us" or "our corporate team will reach out," but that doesn't seem to address the real issue. Instead of this generic approach, I suggest focusing on proper training for your staff to ensure they respect customers' homes and deliver professional service. That would have a much bigger impact than just another "reach out" message.

I am very pleased with the work Pierre Bolivar has done with our grass. Our grass has been infested with weeds for many years with many bald spots. Pierre has been able to ride the grass of weeds and even making grass grow where there was none. Pierre is very knowledgeable and provides good advice about how to take care of my lawn.
