Dealing with Viking is so frustrating. It is so hard to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Phone calls are directed to a call center rather than an office and appointments are hard to come by. The owner of master’s touch, who came to my house himself a few times for service, must be disappointed that his life’s business has been ruined. The employees that come out are great too-it is the back office workings that are terrible

This place is not same. I sat on hold for 9+ minutes and the call was picked up by an overseas call center. In the past if you called with a problem they would come immediately. On this call the person on the phone asked if they could push the treatment out to our normal scheduled treatment, then offered to have someone come out in 10 days, then when I asked for something sooner they set something up in 2 days. I see from other reviews if you have an issue they tell you to call the 610-269-3000 line, but now it's answered by a frustrating AI attendant. While on my hold they suggested texting my issue to a separate line. No response. My plan is to drop this service. Really a bummer, and really depressing considering the service they provided in the past.

We have used Masters touch since we bought our house and they constantly provide 5 star service. Aside from our regular service, we had an issue with ants and masters touch got us an appointment within 36 hours of calling. Our technician Zach was on time, professional and provided great education about the treatment process for ants indoors. Would never hesitate to recommend masters touch and Zach to anyone!

We have had both termite treatment and regularly scheduled pest control treatments and the experience working with Masters Touch was top notch. They were super fast and responsive for scheduling and I find their text reminders super helpful. Brian was thorough, knowledgeable , and informative during the inspection process, and Rob is also very knowledgeable and informative and has been so great to work with on the treatments.Great customer service and communication all around.

Masters Touch is a great pest management company. All the technicians are super nice, polite and helpful. The office support is easy to get in touch with and very accommodating with my schedule. They solved some pest problems in my over 100 year old home and do great preventative work at my place of business. I highly recommend them!

Ian came out last week to take care of a European hornet issue taking over my yard. I wasn't able to be there when he got there but was able to describe the hornet location. He applied a treatment and I haven't seen a hornet since. ! Thanks for the great service Ian!

Our technician, Ian, came this morning as scheduled. He took time to discuss our concerns, then went to work in a professional, courteous manner. He went above and beyond what we expected, even sealing a possible entrance point on the exterior and applying a preventive to our shutters for the upcoming summer season when insects look for places to build nests. We have contacted Masters Touch over more than a 20-year period as the need arises...we may change addresses, but we have taken Masters Touch with us wherever we have ended up moving to in the area. This is a top-notch company with highly-trained and professional technicians, of which Ian is one of their best.

Complete Scam. Masters touch was a great company but since being acquired by Viking is a complete waste of money. The rep came out 4 hours before the scheduled time which I was not home for. Then when rescheduling was told they would call back to lock in a time. It’s been 2 weeks of trying to reschedule and radio silence. I went with a different pest control and they were actually helpful. Will never use this company again and do not recommend. Now I have the headache of disputing monthly charges for services I am not getting since they are telling me I am locked into a 12 month contract, yet they can’t seem to get it together and actually do their job.
