We are VERY IMPRESSED with Maximum Exterminating. We had termites and I called different places for inspections and price quotes. My brother in law had used Maximum Exterminating and highly recommended them. I appreciated that when the inspection was done that the gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. No hard sell which was such a relief considering we had another company sell so hard that we didn’t go with them (that and the price was 3 times higher than what we paid with Maximum). The termite treatment went very well. Maximum sent 3 men to take care of our house. They were on time, kind and answered all my questions. The gentleman were Wade, Forest and Keith. Wow!! Impressive! So knowledgeable and nice. They moved furniture and items that I didn’t realize needed to be moved and they put everything back when they were done. They treated our home as if it was their own! I am so very impressed with Maximum Exterminating and feel confident that if I see any termite activity that they’ll take care of it. I had a major septic cockroach issue due to a failing septic system. The treatment in the main line septic plumbing lines provided seems to have helped us address this, combining with our regular pest control service. Would highly recommend these guys. I have utilized their services. Many many times over the years. I’ve used them for a new home purchases old home sales they have a warranty that is bar none the best that I have ever experienced. We all have termites however I have the peace of mind of knowing that on a new home and older home that it’s done right with guarantees! It isworth every dime! As an Army Veteran I consider American based, and licensed to be non-negotiable! I have used them for 20+ years. I will use them again and I would readily refer them to anyone.
