Manager Jean was amazing—very thorough, patient, and detailed. He took the time to explain everything about the nature of bees and walked me through the entire rescue process step by step. Absolutely love this company, received my first visit from Alejandro, who helped and addressed all the issues that I had and answered all my questions. Then my follow-up with Jean was the best because he made sure that everything Alejandro did was on point and gave me that extra information to help me feel supported.
