Tate was my sales guy, he arrived in style and was very good at his job! lol Ben was my technician, he arrived text me before coming, arrived timely and was very efficient. He was also extremely courteous to me working from home. As long as the bugs disappear I will definitely recommend Mira Home!

Matthew DeJeu from Mira Homes is genuinely outstanding. From the very beginning, he communicated clearly about exactly when he’d arrive—none of that vague “somewhere between noon and never” stuff. When he got here, he laid out the game plan for my treatment in straightforward terms, so I knew exactly what he was going to handle. Matthew didn’t just rush through things, either. He made sure every corner was covered, with special attention to detail that honestly exceeded expectations. I only asked him to take care of the cobwebs from my front exterior lights, and when he finished? Not a cobweb left. Even better, while he worked, he went the extra mile and took care of some leaves in my yard—blew them into the woods for me, which was completely above and beyond. Bottom line: Matt is thorough, professional, and seriously goes out of his way to deliver exceptional service. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Boston was our. salesman and he was very kind and patient, and willingly went above and beyond to answer our questions. Ben was our technician and he was super nice and very thorough. We would definitely recommend Ben because he is patient, willing to meet the customers' needs and answer any questions the customer has.He not only has good customer service skills, he's also good about finding problems like areas where mice might be able to get into our house. This was very important to us. Ben goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Lastly, Ben was very good about staying in touch with us prior to coming out to our house. He let us know when he would be here and he arrived on time.

Jesse R. Came out to our home and did an amazing job. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my question with a smile. Jesse made having our lawn cared for enjoyable. My 5yo even gave him a special rock and kept saying "i really like that bug guy!" So far Mira has been a great service for our home and the people that have come out have been great

This was our initial experience so read on. Their salesman came to the door with a no pressure approach which immediately kept my attention. McKay was professional, knowledgeable and respectful as he explained what they had to offer. He worked with me to accommodate timelines and cost. Our home is getting older and I wanted better protection than what I could do myself and the best part they already had a guy in the area so there was no waiting. Their technician Connor showed up just as professional as his co-worker and went over everything before he treated the home inside and out. He didn't just treat the perimeter, they treated the entire property paying extra attention to detail. I'm very particular how I want things done and it was refreshing to see someone just as particular themselves. So, If your looking for quality at the right price look no further. This is my Mira Home Tech Matthew DeJeu, I wanted to say he did an excellent job today. With my experience Mira home has been a very honest business!! He communicated very well he’s always professional when he’s here. I’m not home a lot and it’s very nice to have someone like Matt that I can trust when I’m not here. Matthew Dejeu serviced my home today. He was very knowledgeable and Informative. And very friendly, if I do say so . He took the time to inform me of one of my up and coming issues his input was greatly appreciated. My dogs liked him and I felt very comfortable with him. I will definitely continue the service with this company. Because everyone they send out personality is on point.You can just talk to them for hours. Maybe good customer service is not lost.
