The service is, and always has been, great. I always am able to reach someone if I need something outside my quarterly schedule. The folks are always super friendly and thorough. I was worried when Modern Pest too over for 603-Pest, but everything has gone smoothly.

I'm just always.....underwhelmed. My biggest challenge is having the phone call center give accurate information to me, as well as the the tech actually coming to my house. Often there is a huge disconnect that results in the job getting half done, done incorrectly or done below standard. The techs admit there is a huge communicating problem for them as well. Regardless, I pay for a yearly preventative plan. I had the spring service completed in May, and asked them specifically to address carpenter bees. In June I called to report major wasp activity all over the eaves of my home. The techs came and said "I want you to know that I can't guarantee bugs won't land on your house." This statement of his was also documented in his service note. I was so offended by this attitude. I pay for a service. I am using the service. I asked if I was asking for a service that I shouldn't be or if it is a service they don't provide under my contract (it is.) I just don't to understand this attitude from a PEST CONTROL company that sells you on a package and tells you to call anytime you need to USE THE SERVICE. Just overall... underwhelming....thinking of switching..I've taken this up with management but the communication issues are ongoing.

Josh was great - very thorough and took time to talk to me about what he saw. While here he even sent a photo to his manager for a second opinion about a porch post and we were able to discuss right then.

Unlike other companies I interviewed, they included cleaning up the mouse droppings in my outbuilding, and they did a great job of it, as well as spending a lot of time securing the property with bait traps, brushing down exterior cobwebs, etc. Very thorough and conscientious.

Modern pest has been super helpful over the last year and half. Whenever there is an issue they’re quick to respond and service technicians have been extremely helpful in explaining ways to improve the home and rodent entry.

Modern Pest has been great to deal with. Travis and Casey , did remediation and exclusion work in the basement for past 2days and it looks great! They were very thorough, efficient and amenable to requests.👍 They will be back to the house to put in insulation. I look forward to the days when there are fewer pests!

I LOVE Thomas - I always ask for him - he know how afraid I am of mice - I have NEVER seen one since I have been with Modern Pest - the service I receive from him is friendly/trusting/he knows how to remove the skirting from my double wide with ease/knows how to remove the sliding drawer in the kitchen and put it back to perfection (where some people have trouble with the sliding drawers and the skirting). He is dedicated and listens to all concerns. He speaks very well about Modern Pest which puts me at ease knowing I am with a great company and will be taken care of with all concerns. Michael F is knowledgeable and works a plan. We have an old house and he has been good about making recommendations and attending to our issues! We have a monthly contract with his company.

Joshua was great! With cold weather here we were seeing signs that mice were getting in. He checked for access points, filled gaps, and reset our basement traps. Friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't mind the dog.

Ryan is a fantastic technician who really takes the time to understand our needs! We’ve had a bad mouse problem and he has been really working with us to fix the problem. He’s super professional and always on time!

Jameson did a great job! He was very professional. He was able to locate traps that had been unable to be found by prior service techs. He made sure to leave good notes to make locating them easier. I want to request him to be our regular service tech!

Unfortunately, I had a pantry pest problem in my new home and I was a little bit overwhelmed by it because I didn't know how to take care of it. I've never had a problem like that. Just came over for modern pest control. He was very professional he explained what he was going to do and within 1520 minutes he was done and he assured me of the process and what will happen here forward. He was polite, professional, and very informative and helpful.

Modern Pest is really nice, responsive, friendly company to deal with and Dan, who services our home is so thorough and goes way above and beyond looking for any entry points and securing them. He also does a very in-depth look through the inside to detect any possible rodent presence. His attention to detail and willingness to get the job done is evidenced by his actually laying flat on our kitchen floor looking under our stove and under our deck to try to dismantle a beehive. He always explains every product that he's using and if that wasn't enough, he is the nicest, most patient guy and even knows our pets names!

Josh was courteous, professional efficient he rechecked our cellar with my husband, all the mouse traps, checked all areas for insects, ants, made sure we were not having any issues. He also checked the outside areas before he left. Josh does a good Job each time he comes to our home.

Scott does a fine job. I appreciate the fact that I have a consistent service person with whom I established a relationship. Scott is familiar with my property and the challenges with pest control. Thank you!
