Jeffrey came today to my aunt's house in Brookline. She had called a few days ago because she saw a mouse. Jeffrey went through the kitchen, dining room and living room then the basement. He was very thorough replacing bait in traps that have been placed in her regular visits. But when Jeffrey was seeing said whoever came before him didn't replace the baits as they were molded. She gets service from your company every 3 months. She is very grateful for Jeffrey's thoroughness.

Recently I called Modern Pest about some rodent issues, and their customer service has been impressive from the beginning. Allen was the technician sent to my home, and he was prompt, professional, and thorough. My issues were somewhat complicated, and Allen took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the general plan was for resolving them. At the beginning of this experience, I was feeling very stressed out to say the least! By the time Allen left, I was more knowledgeable and I feel reassured that everything will be worked out. What a relief!

They have left a dead mouse in my home for 2 months. First they wouldn’t come get it because I had a service appointment 2 weeks away. Then that was canceled by them unexpectedly (I assumed the tech got sick and went home). When they rescheduled they refused to come do my outdoor service on a day I wouldn’t be home even though their policy is that you don’t need to be home, because they didn’t want to come out more than once. They told me I could leave a key out for them to come in my house while I wasn’t home or they wouldn’t come. Sent my account to scheduling where it was ignored. 2 weeks later I called back again and was told they would send it back to scheduling and let them know they needed to contact me soon. Have not heard back since. I sent 2 messages on the portal because I need them to come ASAP and I also want a refund on my retainer for the 2 months they refused to come. Someone called me once and left a message but will not answer his phone or messages when I call back.

To be honest, I am a bit naive when it comes to pest control. However, when I had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with several employees from Pest Control Services, I was unexpectedly blown away. They were all incredibly knowledgeable about what this organization does to assist homeowners, property owners, etc. to control infestations whether that be insects, rodents, and the like. Further, I learned that they don't just utilize traditional methods of getting rid of unwanted intruders, they are focusing more and more on how to do that humanely with minimal impact and I think that's commendable. I would highly recommend Modern Pest Services for anyone who is looking to work alongside hard working and friendly staff who will thoroughly inspect and rid homes of unwanted visitors!
