I have had good experiences with staff/ technicians but horrible experience with the lack of communication from this company, Modern Pest overall. I’ve been very disappointed by their cancellations without notice or changing times even after I’ve confirmed the original time. Three times I’ve had the company pull the rug out from under Me and I’m very disappointed and discouraged by the scheduling staff. But as I said their technicians ( once they finally get there) are professional and knowledgeable too.

As a recap for this season I would say that the level of service has been excellent. Blane, our technician leaves us a complete report how to care for the lawn which my neighbors say that I have the best lawn in our development.

Rob always does an excellent job when he comes to my home. He is polite, professional, and personable. He is careful when moving through my home. He checks the boxes and replaces the product as needed. Rob is careful when he applies spray to the exterior. I called Modern Pest for a specific extra visit concerning mice on my deck and two that had come into the adjoining room. Although I wasn't home when Rob came, he did as I requested and put a new box exactly where I needed one. I will follow up by having a new door sill plait installed.

Jesse was so knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to look around closely and spotted several areas where rodents were gaining access. He made suggestions and even put in an order for another service to come investigate the state of the foundation under the deck, which is quite difficult to access. Personable and able to share information in a clear, understandable manner, Jesse was a joy to have on the job. We will request him every time we call.

Will was excellent today!! He was extremely thorough and we might have resolved some issues that were ongoing. Make certain your service professionals are just like Will: knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile to ensure that Modern Pest gets credit for providing a worthwhile service.
