Our sales person Joe P. was wonderful. He was incredibly patient and had a very nice approach. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or pressured. He was very professional, thorough , and genuine. Our exterminator Zac was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, incredibly professional and thorough. He really went out of his way to make sure we were well informed of everything that he was doing! Plus, he had a pretty cool hat on. We would like to request him permanently whenever possible because we feel very comfortable with him!

Adrian was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable about the process and I appreciated that he didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder and answering my questions so I could understand the process better and know what to expect. As to the work outside the home he was respectful of my property and left a detailed layout of the work he did. Thank you Adrian for your professional service!

Had my home serviced my the tech Alex the same day I signed up. Terry was awesome getting me started today and answering all my questions. When I say “Alex did an outstanding job” I mean it fully. I am a nurse, I have little knowledge of pest control outside of I want them gone. He explained each step to me, allowed me understand the importance of each step to avoid pest getting in my home. He and the service he provided was A+. This is a rarity to get such high quality service for a reasonable price. I’ve only been using Moxie for a short while, however so far, so good. They’ve done a great job minimizing disruption for two people who work from home. It’s very easy to call and change things even day of for no penalty or fee. Great customer service, happy employees on-site. Stephane did our latest treatment and was quick and effective. Great company hope it stays that way.

Connor did an amazing job! I had some questions that he answered expertly. And we had a new wasp problem that he took care of. I haven’t been around for most of Moxie’s visits but if you’re around, you really appreciate what they do and the thought they put into their job. And they’re very personable too, much more into customer service than most companies in this field. Highly recommended!

Dante N was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure to reiterate that I always call if there's any problem. Great tech 👍

Kaila was awesome! She came to my house and provided initial service to get started. The only issue was a yellow jacket nest. She got up close and personal with them and gave them a good spray to the face. I think some splashed back on her. The little devils then came into the house! She came back as quick as she could and blasted about 50 on contact then dusted many. SO many dead yellow jackets. She did an awesome job. Of course it takes time to fully eliminate them all. If they aren’t fully done, then I will be requesting her on the next visit. Thanks Kaila!

Matthew arrived on time and listened carefully as I explained the pest issue. Hi thoroughly inspected the house. He sprayed almost the entire house and were both very attentive and patient throughout the process. I really appreciated his professionalism and thorough work.

Very thorough fall service. Prompt arrival & met with service provider prior to treatment, who introduced himself, explained services he was performing & asked if I had any specific concerns. He arrived In a company vehicle, was dressed in a tidy, professional manner & was very personable and polite. I trust this company.

Very kind and professional expert service. Both Joshua and Adrian R were very helpful! They came out to my home to inspect and treat for termites. Got it done in one day with no hassle. Will be recommending Moxie to my friends and neighbors.
