I was extremely annoyed when I came home to find the plants below the area of the insects to have been trampled! There was no need for this! Your technicians could have brought a ladder, positioned it over the plants, and stepped up the ladder instead of on the plants. I was so frustrated on seeing this, that I told my husband we should cancel our contract with Moxie. It would be no use to train anybody because you always send a different technician, never the same person. So even though I'm happy that perhaps the insects are gone this time, I am extremely unhappy with the trampled plants because that part was not necessary!

Our technician, Joseph, was wonderful! He arrived on time, was very friendly and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made us feel confident in our decision to work with Moxie. We couldn’t have asked for a better first service experience!

From the start, Dylan was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He didn’t just do a quick spray and leave – he made sure to check all the problem areas and treat them carefully. Every fall we spray to help keep spiders from entering our home, and it helps keep them outside.

John R. came by today and gave the best service we’ve had so far. He listened to our needs and payed extra attention to the spiders and beetles we’ve seen lately. He also provided insights to our ability to call for spot services when needed, which I hadn’t realized are free per our contract. I’d absolutely welcome him back for all of our future services!

Moxie did our quarterly service. Dylon showed up on time, was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and ask if we have any concerns areas. He was efficient the treatment. all around a great job.

John R came to our house today and did a wonderful job. He was polite and professional and explained everything he was going to do! He got the job done quickly and efficiently. We have been very happy with the services provided so far.

I having recurring monthly service with you and not satisfied with the service yesterday the 9/22/25. He missed a lot of things around the house like a wasp on the three in front of the house there’s so many wasps in the three and then He didn’t come to the dining patio for spiders. We did start with you guys few months ago but nothing’s better.

Jesse from Moxie was great! He called before he came, was very friendly and kind, and he showed up on time. There was a chance I wasn’t going to be home, and he even offered to leave some extra bait boxes in a bag on our porch, so I could replace the ones inside. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Jesse for any pest control needs.

Joseph was great! He listened to my concerns, acted accordingly and let me know when he had completed the service. He was pleasant and professional. Nothing against Joseph, but I think the service was slightly overpriced. We initially signed up last year when Moxie came to our home. The girl was nice however she talked a lot and it was a bit overwhelming. I did feel as though I was hoodwinked into signing up for a full year and our cost for service went up from what she initially told me. I had never lived in a subdivision before and was not aware of the door to door sales pitches that occur so frequently and with the same pitch. "Hi, we service your neighbor a couple doors down and the neighbor on this other street, etc. They thought you might be interested in our services, and we have a deal going." Something along those lines - same speech from every single service under the sun. That was a lot disheartening when we caught on to the game. Now we have a sign up that says "no soliciting" and for the most part it has deterred most. Having said that, for the most part we have been happy with the service. Yes, sometimes the creepy crawlies are more active after they come but logically I feel like that is to be expected and Moxie does provide a followup service free of charge, so I guess it softens that initial blow. Everyone is nice and professional - so I have no complaints about that and to be completely fair - what I stated about their sales practices is not really a complaint, only a factual account of what we discovered and experienced about living in the burbs. I'd still recommend them!

Guilherme arrived at my home on time and ready to work. He greeted me with a smile and told me what he would be doing, and got to it forthwith. He got the job done with no fuss and finished quickly, and was on his way. I am very satisfied with the service I receive and definitely recommend Moxie and their team as a pest control company!

Used Moxie for a little less than a year - for the time we used them they were fine. However, I sold the house and moved to another Denver location and did not need their services (we now live in a privately owned series of 4 townhouses that already has pest control). The termination fee was "80% of the leftover services" (a total of 2 services were left - one in November 2025 and one in February 2026) so the cancellation service was $238. Don't get swindled by this company.

Johnnell is a professional - extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and pinpointed the problem immediately (like within 2 mins of getting to my home), offered advise how we can remedy our mice issue (due to a hole in our aircon duct) and proceeded to do what he came to do up and down, all around our home. Highly recommend this man! Thumbs up! Ask for him on your next service call.
