This review would easily be five stars if based solely on service quality alone. I was with Moxie for years, and their technicians were always very personable and knowledgeable, and the Services provided were always excellent. Zachary in particular, is an excellent technician. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for their customer service. While very kind and respectful throughout my tenure, they did not process my cancellation request I made by phone back in April 2025. When their technician showed up for another quarterly service in July 2025, and I reached out to them, they insisted I had not called previously, and charged me for the unwanted service anyway. While I recommend Moxie as a whole for the quality of their work, I would encourage anyone using the service to ensure that they both speak directly to Taylor, and ensure that they send you a confirmation email to confirm any account changes.

I recently switched to Moxie, as my original exterminator was purchased by a big company, and they are now horrible! Anyway, Jonathan came out today for my first service. He was great! He did an excellent job of going over EVERYTHING with me. The whole experience has been really nice. Even from the first phone call, I think Alicia? answered when I called in, and I got transferred to Zach in sales. They were just so nice & helpful, and they made me feel like they really care about my pest control! I’ve mentioned previously on Google Reviews, that it’s harder & harder to find good customer service these days. Moxie definitely has it!

My neighbors referred us to Moxie, and it was the best choice thus far! Zach's customer service with getting us set up immediately was fantastic, and our technician, Garrison (Gary), was phenomenal. Gary was very knowledgeable and communicated with us through the entire process. He was mindful of our animals & super respectful. Very pleased with his work!

I've been a Moxie customer for years. They always provide quality courteous service. Just had a scheduled maintenance visit from my field expert, Michael C. He's the best! He listened to my concerns and addressed my issues with expertise and efficiency. Thanks Michael!

We’ve been very happy with Moxie for the 2 + years we have been using them. We have had great experience with every technician. Our most recent technician, Michael C., was wonderful. Very enjoyable to work with. He listened to our concerns but also went out of his way to explain what he found and what to look out for. Would recommend!!
