My field expert Thomas was the best one I have had yet!!! He took the time and made sure everything was done the way I was originally expecting my home to be serviced. He paid attention to details and was thorough in his application. I have had other techs come through that weren’t that attentive. He was extremely helpful and his mannerisms showed in his work ethic! Thomas saved the company’s name and I wish all the techs that came were of the same caliber as Thomas.

Chris treated our house today! What a very polite, knowledgeable and thorough young man. Very impressive work ethic! My wife and I are very happy we went with your company. The young sales lady who set everything up yesterday was fantastic as well. It would be great to have Chris conduct our future treatments as we were very pleased with his work.

I normally wouldn't leave a negative review, but I feel like this needs to be public knowledge for future potential customers. I had a great overall experience with Moxie, the sales guy was nice, the prices were reasonable, and the overall quality of service was great. I decided to cancel the subscription though just to save money. The cancellation process was very difficult and made me question the integrity of this company. When I tried to call (any of the locations) and told the automated machine that I wanted to cancel my account, it would direct me to an automated message saying they were closed and to call back during business hours. I was confused, because I knew they were open. I called back again, this time saying I want to pause my account. Again, the same redirect to an automated message saying to call back when they're open. Finally, I called and told the AI chatbot that I wanted to open a new account. What do you know? I was connected to someone right away. I was stunned. What an absolute scam. And this wasn't the AI misunderstanding me, this was deliberate. I was originally going to come back as a customer once it made sense for us to do it again, but not anymore. I'll be using a local company that uses real people to answer the phone and not try to scam their own customers.

Chris completed a service at our house today. He was profession and courteous. Chris asked us about our concerns and made several suggestions on solutions he could provide to best manage them. He worked quickly and efficiently inside and outside the house. Before entering the house, he donned temporary shoe coverings to avoid tracking anything into the house. He also identified a hazard in our yard (an undetected hole) that will need some attention. Before leaving, Chris followed up with us to ensure that our expectations were met. Thank you Moxie Pest Control for hiring, training, and retaining excellent people to provide such great service.

William did a fantastic job. He was exactly on time. He greeted me kindly and happily when I met him at the door. He explained the service and fielded my questions. He was knowledgeable and confident with his answers. All around excellent! Well done William and Moxie.

We have been with Moxie company for almost a year. William was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. He took his time explaining everything and made sure every area of my home was treated properly. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend him. And the moxie company in general.

William did a good job and informing me what I should do with the movie sales report Zander Harmeling. Did not get contract was told to give online but couldn't get online. Zander lied and pressured us to go with Moxie .

We were stopped early morning by a sales tech while taking care of our neighbors dog. He as Inc but would not listen when we said we weren’t interested. He gave us a boohoo story about how he needed a sale because he was new and told my wife this was a 1 time $149 fee for the first spray. We said specifically we only wanted 1 service, he said we could cancel at any time free of charge. He then explained he dropped his tablet and took my wife’s phone to log into his portal. He handle all of the prompts and had us agree without any idea this was a “monthly” service commitment. We got our first spray which was less than impressive. We only agreed because we had wasp near our deck and they never went away even after the spraying. After trying to cancel we were met with a bill for $699! They wanted us to pay it for a cancelation fee without receiving any future services. We said absolutely not. They went ahead and charged my wife’s card anyways and we could not dispute it. This company is a sham. Unless you have a major pest problem do not waste your time. You cannot cancel and the sales people are very pushy and won’t leave you alone. As someone who’s in sales I can appreciate the work ethic but when someone says not and is trying to walk back to their house clearly not interested, you need to back off!

William was prompt, informative, and gave me invaluable information regarding the warranty program. We recently found some spiders in our basement after unboxing some Christmas decorations and he was more than happy to discuss remediation opportunities available through the company. Great service and very personable. Thanks William!

Got Chris to service my house, he was an incredible nice guy very friendly and well informed. He made sure to throughly go thru and get all the cracks and slivers of our house and got the job done fast and efficiently. he also got me to put an application in. Very cool nice guy.
