From the start of initially calling Native for their free inspection, they were quick to get us scheduled. Matthew came out to do the complimentary inspection and called to say he could arrive earlier which was great. He was very personable and thorough during his inspection. By far the most informative person we have had come out to assist us with our concerns. We went ahead and hired them! Jelani serviced our home interior and exterior for termites. He was on time, communicative, respectful, and thorough. I feel confident our home is in good hands with this company and the employees that work for them. Travis came out for my initial/first visit. Super knowledgeable and personable guy. I’ll be asking for him by name going forward. I’m sure there are other good techs, but I’m sticking with him. Warren was amazing! First time calling pest control for my new house, so wasn’t sure what to expect. Warren walked me through the treatment process and explained next steps! Incredibly knowledgeable and timely - would definitely recommend the company & Warren specifically!

I had two buildings on my property tented. Native did not do the work, they brought in a 3rd party which was not disclosed to me when I signed the contract. I voiced my concerns at the time because I’ve dealt with this before and if something goes wrong everyone points fingers to the other guy. Well guess what, that happened. The contractors damaged my gutters in several areas that I had to fix at my own expense because neither party took responsibility for the damage. Native also spot sprayed my main house, the spot spray was their recommendation, I called today to say I was still seeing evidence of termites on my front porch and asked if they would come out and respray since I was paying a monthly fee for this service. They told me that the termite droppings were probably there from vibrations in the house, not termites, and that they only come out every 12 weeks to respray even though we pay monthly for this service.

My lawn tech Breon came out on October 22, 2025 to treat my Lawn. I was truly impressed how right off hand he introduced himself and the company he work for. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. (We spoke for about 3 min and yes I ask him questions to see did he truly knew his job). Plus, he educated me on what he came to do before he started. Overall, I am very happy with his customer service skills.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Richard Thompson, my technician from Native Pest Control. He took the time to carefully explain the situation, I had a small, localized infestation and was honestly losing my mind, but he immediately put me at ease and outlined a clear action plan to tackle the problem. Richard was respectful, tidy, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible strategy. What I appreciated most was his calm, confident approach, you can tell he has a lot of experience and really knows what he’s doing. When I was ready to throw a “bomb” at the place, he knew exactly how to handle it! This was my first treatment, but so far I’m extremely satisfied. Niko was my speciality technician. I truly enjoyed having him come out. He was attentive, he listened to my concerns, and he was able to address everything. Niko treated me and my properties with respect and was quick while also efficient. Niko took the time to clean up after himself saving me the extra headache and assured me if any issues he would be glad to do his best to rectify them. this is the best experience I’ve had with technician from this company. We called Native after we saw a cockroach in our home and we wanted to nip it in the bud as soon as possible. Todd came by on time and was extremely kind and walked us through everything we need to know. He sprayed the perimeter as well as the interior of the house. Gel bate was meticulously placed in areas where the bugs might frequent. Todd was so patient as he answered our questions. I was very pleased with the service and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
