**Update with Indoor Treatment: I noticed ants were starting to invade my master bathroom. I sent a picture to Ian and he showed up the next day to check. He suggested getting my indoor areas sprayed every few months. Since Ian has sprayed the first time, the insect problem has gone away completely! Clearly his product is working!! Outdoor Mosquito Treatment: Just moved into a new house and noticed a lot of mosquitos lately in the backyard. I called Ian at Natural Roots and was greeted with professionalism and care for my yard and needs. He booked an appointment for me and came out right on time. Had an abundance of wasps, spiders, roaches (the big flying ones people down here call "Palmetto bugs") and ants. The very first visit I saw a complete reduction of everything except for the ants that came into my kitchen (everything else was outside). I got Ian on the phone and he had someone come out within 2 hrs to make it right!! Great customer service!!
