Excellent, trustworthy service. We had a yellow jacket nest explode into a bedroom. It wasn't visible from the outside or the attic so we didn't even know it was there until it broke through. Nathan came right over took care of the issue. He even stayed to ensure the nest was quiet after the treatment and we were comfortable. His expert knowledge and ability to get in and get the job done was very reassuring. We are grateful and are switching from our previous pest control.

I initially spoke with Jake to discuss the bee issue that we were having, and he was excellent to work with. He explained what would’ve happened step-by-step and was very patient and answered all of my questions. I then worked with Joe for an estimate. He communicated with me before he arrived at the home and was very professional and kind. He even took time to explain what was happening to my eight-year-old!He also answered all of my questions and was patient about it and very thorough. After giving me estimate which was extremely reasonable, we decided to go through with the service. It was very quick and it started working immediately. We will absolutely continue to work with them in the future!

We've had their service since 2020 and have always been happy with it. They arrive each month after a heads up the day before, they treat the trouble spots and they're on their way. They added an auto-pay service a few years back, which makes the service totally seamless. If any critters appear, we call or email and they treat the problem within a day or two at no extra charge. For example, last month they removed a football-sized wasp nest that was hiding under our deck. Problem solved. No charge. They're always courteous on the phone and around the house, and the cost is reasonable considering the quality of service they provide. Nature's Way is the best way.

Was told they would brush out cobwebs and didn’t. Literally at my house less than 10 minutes to spray. Also wasp nest removed (I didn’t get to see the actual nest removed from the attic) and sprayed outside area. The price to remove the nest was $400 because I was not under a contract with them. Will not be using them again in the spring.

Hey so they did the work and the yellow jackets so far have not returned. I’m only giving 3 stars because the technician needed me to provide a shop-vac, which I had to then borrow from a friend down the street. He then needed me to fill the shop vac with my own dish detergent and water. Secondly, after the initial treatment I went to the area and there were a ton of yellow jackets flying around still and I had to ask the technician to please take care of them as it was inside my house. Then I asked for a tour of what he did and he mentioned that they might also be present in another area but he wasn’t sure. He didn’t seem to really care to investigate further. Honestly it all just seemed pretty off. Normally when you pay for a service they bring the appropriate tools and don’t need to be goaded into doing a complete job. I think y’all might need to work on your training. I don’t think I will be using your services again.
