Excellent Service! I called and got a technician to come help same day! Also, the technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. Will definitely recommend to my friends/family that also share issues with Scorpions in the house.

Great team to have your termite inspection! The office was so helpful in explaining the process as we have a VA loan requiring the inspection and I felt confident they knew the requirements. He also scheduled someone out asap. The field team was excellent. Explained the process and were incredibly friendly. They also got us our paperwork via email within minutes of leaving. Highly recommend!!

Pray you never have to change your appointment. After eight years of using this service bi-monthly we had to change our appointment. We were told there would be a re-scheduling fee for the change. In my opinion the owner of this company is clueless on how to treat customers who have rarely if ever had to change an appointment. Then came the questions as to why do I need to change the appointment. He actually had the audacity to ask me if I was having money issues. Then when I suggested we move to the next time we were scheduled for the following service he told me that we would essentially be fired as a customer. There are so many of these services available in Las Vegas why deal with a company who has zero appreciation for long time customers. Go elsewhere, we did.

Newman’s was the only company able to resolve an ongoing scorpion issue I had at a previous residence. Excellent communication also regarding upcoming appointments and follow-up. I will be a lifetime client.

The 2 men that did the service were great. On time for service call. They explained what they were going to do upfront. And what we should do. Small downer was the expense. But looking further, they were in line with the other companies. We have the yearly service.

Tech was very respectful of me and my property. Been using them for years. When I had a problem with a scorpion getting into the house they were very prompt in send a tech over to spray inside any entry points. They make me feel very comfortable.
