Absolutely Outstanding Service! These guys are nothing short of amazing. When we were dealing with a serious ant infestation after spending thousands on other companies with no success NoCo stepped in and truly delivered. The owner personally came out, diagnosed the issue with precision, and after just one treatment and a follow-up, the problem was completely resolved. Not even the leading brands could do that. I was so impressed, I immediately switched my company’s pest control service to NoCo, and we've been loyal customers ever since. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience as first-time customers! We chose this company based on their excellent Google reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. Our first interaction with Ashley was wonderful, and the initial conversation with the owner was reassuring. They scheduled our rodent service for the very next day, and the technician was prompt, professional, and informative. From start to finish, they gave us every reason to continue using their services in the future!

Communication was great, I was put on the schedule for next day. I love that they give the option to do a 1 time service. We’re currently budgeting and can’t commit to a schedule right now. Their was no hassle from them. I called a few others before hand and they weren’t willing to give me any other options other than a contract. Absolutely would recommend these guys! Also a family owned business. I put a card on file and didn’t have to be home to have my house done. Very convenient.

Josh came out to treat my home. Really amazing guy. Down to earth and willing to go the extra mile to explain his treatment process and be thorough in getting rid of the spiders in my home. He even took the time to move my trash bin back to behind my fence after the garbage crew came by without me even asking. Genuinely great service and we need more like Josh in the world. I will be using No Contract Pest Solutions again in the future!

Dan is a great communicator and his team gets things done. Very cool group. We had raccoon prints and droppings in our new construction home, and NoCo did a full pest exclusion service to prevent the rodent from re-visiting every night. It was pricey, but it matched a Terminix quote, and I preferred Dan’s communication and commitment to not killing the raccoon (He said he would trap it live and take it out to the countryside, if caught). When we had some follow-up concerns (such as weep holes above windows that were not sealed with chicken wire, and light coming in through the garage door due to insufficient foam and wire sealing) their team came back and fixed those issues within days, if not hours. They sealed gaps in our roofing, and though part of our front facade was smudged by their team, they came back a few days later to clean the smudge on our home’s exterior. I appreciate the accountability and communication, as well as the commitment to fixing things that didn’t go smoothly. The raccoon never came back, so the exclusion was a success! Thank you, NoCo! My one recommendation is for the team to pay more attention to detail and cleanliness. Other than the smudge on the home exterior, his team left a water bottle outside after the first visit, knocked off a mud dauber nest but didn’t clean the nest off the front door area, left mud dauber nest remnants behind on the exterior wall, and asked to smoke on our roof (to which I said kindly, no).
