I have used NMPC for 3 to 6 years now, mainly for ant/bug issues outside. It has always been the same technician except for one visit. I hate to have read the bad experiences that others have had, but I've never had any issues. The technician that normally shows up is very knowledgeable and explains just exactly what the treatment being applied is, what it would do, as well as what I should expect to see afterwards. After the first treatment I was instructed to wait a period and if I saw any more activity to give a call. Common since told me the activity would return, but at a lower rate, and it did, but it was like about 90% less activity. I called and the same technician returned and retreated. After that, no activity at all. And needless to say, I was very pleased. The technician I am very pleased with! He has an answer for every little question I ask. And it's not like a Yes or No or I don't know, but always a prompt understandable response. I rated this company 5 stars reason beings, the technician (Mark) which of whom is polite, honest, knowledgeable. He is not one of those types that is "in a hurry to just get the job done and leave asap". Included in the 5 star rating is the fair pricing, the results, and the fact that there is no contract. With all that said, my plans are to keep using NMPC services and would/will recommend them to others. Good Day!!

I had used this company for over a year then one day the exterminator hosed down my furniture in my kitchen ruining the powder coating on the bar chairs. I’ve generally had a bug, the island and six stools were all on a new rug and he left them all drenched with poison. He took two at a time spray painted and brought them back very shiny and streaked up. Said he wasn’t a painter and he’d just give me the left over pain and I could do the others myself. I called the owner who said he wouldn’t do anything else. I sent pics then he said he will pay the $260 for a painter to redo all 6. Just send receipt and pics. I spent weeks on this and haven’t seen a dime. Reporting to BBB. The owner is very rude and he said the co owner hated dealing with the customers.

My daughter has used this company for 10 years. We had a situation that we had fleas that were brought into her home and mine and I called and got a quote of a certain price and that price was incorrect but the employee on the phone had given me the wrong price after the job was completed, she told my daughter they would honor the price and now the office manager said they would not honor the price So after 10 years, she has fired this company, that is know way to run a business, even when the employee said she was wrong, you still honor what you quoted. Bad business practices!!!! Dwayne is such an amazing person! Love him ❤️

I have a rodent problem in my attic. No Mercy Pest Control solution was to stand at my attic door and throw in rat bait! When I asked; “Will you try to find & close the entrance points where the mice are getting into my attic.” The technician’s response was, “Well, they can get in anywhere?” Their objective was not to ensure that they solved my rodent problem, it was to take my money!

Unfortunately what was a great experience turned sour. Last year we had good results with this company. This year has been a totally different story. Our first elective quarterly spray was not effective, I was promised a free respray, was told by the tech they had been doing a lot of resprays this year, but I wasn't informed that they were doing a total quarterly spray until I was billed. When I questioned it I was told they decided to do the full billable spray because I was a few weeks away from the next quarterly spray. Very deceitful business practice , plus we are still battling spiders after the second spray. I requested to be contacted by someone from the company,to which they never responded. I'm currently looking for a replacement company.
