I called Northeast Exterminators because we had a hornet nest under a gable on our house that needed to be removed. The worker who came out told me the nest was inactive before any of it had been removed. He needed to come inside our house to access the nest from the window because I think he didn’t have a tall enough ladder. He removed a bit of the nest and then told me it was finished when large pieces of nest were still hanging from the gable. I told him this was not in line with my expectations and that I was expecting all of it to be cleared off and cleaned appropriately. He said that there was no active nest (which, by the way, there never was in the first place) so the job was complete, but did go back upstairs and try to remove a little more. The pictures show the final product. Lots of visible nest remnants remained. Honestly, I could have done myself exactly what the worker did through the window and use something akin to a broom to knock down the biggest pieces of the nest. He tried to claim that the remainder would disappear with the next rain, even though this had survived many rains beforehand and most of the remnants were under the shelter of the gable. For this minor work, I was charged $168.54. I will not be using Northeast Exterminators again.

had an absolutely wonderful experience with Troy today. Truly went so above and beyond in service and when it was all done, he insisted on taking all of the trash so that the cat would not get into it. Absolutely fantastic work- will be recommending!
