I appreciate the call prior to my appointment. Helps me remember they are coming. The product works great because I never have any bugs. If I ever have questions, I am always able to make a call and talk to a human, not a machine.

I was moved over to Northwest exterminating after we had been with Arizona organic pest control for about 13 years. It has been a struggle. We had a pest control appointment back in April. You wait at your normal window that they give you a few days before. So basically you have to block off your whole day. You receive a multitude of communication about your appointment. And…. then the technician doesn’t show up. No one called me to let me know that they were not coming. Nothing. I had to call them to ask when the person was going to be arriving. It is very frustrating because we were loyal customers to Arizona organic never had any issues.

Cody did an EXCELLENT JOB!! He made sure all medicine was everywhere it was needed. He even cleaned the spider webs on patio. Even though it was a long day and we were the last customer for the day, he was courteous and concerned about all our needs. Great customer service, Thanks Cody!

Northwest exterminating does a wonderful job. Not only are they reliable, but they go above and beyond what their job requires. We were traveling and Caleb (technician) found a leak in our pool. He took pictures and called me and notified us about the problem. If he had not gone out of his way, we would have had a major problem. They exceptional and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for an exterminator. They always arrive as planned and even knock to let you know that they've arrived when doing maintenance! Highly recommend!

Northwest Exterminating is a very affordable, reliable, & convenient pesticide & herbacidal services that provides me the coverage needed on my own schedule. We've had Northwest for years (it was known as Contractors). Since they bought Contractors, the customer service has gone down. Now, Every year. EVERY. GD. YEAR. I pay the bill. Then I keep getting reminders to pay. When I try to straighten it out, it takes hours. This year they're using AI to reply. It's more frustrating than ever. We just moved to Carefree. If it hadn't been for this constant yearly screw up with my payment, and NOW with a bargain basement AI helper, we'd have contracted them to protect our new home. I can't keep wasting hours every year trying to correct their crappy accounting system. Kevin Etheridge ran this company like a well oiled machine. Northwest broke it.

We are very happy with our service. We have used their service for ~4 years and we never have any issues with bugs. They give a couple of reminders of upcoming service in the days before, they've respected our instructions to text/call instead of ring the doorbell or knock because of our dog, and their technicians are always very friendly and polite. Timing of service does sometimes vary and go outside the expected window, but that doesn't cause any problem for us since we just get outdoor perimeter service.

Have been using Northwest, formerly Contractors Pest Control, since we moved into our new home in 2016. They are always professional, here when they say they’ll be, and do a great job. Highly recommend.
