I just want to say Andrew has been coming to service our house for a long time and we appreciate that he always does his best to take care of our needs in this arena. He is always cheerful, whether rain, shine or heat. He is always reliable, and for years has called the night before to let us know he was coming. He is a people person, always clear and patient when we ask questions (which is often enough!) about issues we may be having. That is the personal and professional example of someone who goes above and beyond to please the customer. In fact, even my former neighbor hired NW and Andrew to service her house next door bc we recommended him. I wouldn't want to lose him, nor should you, but I believe that Andrew should be promoted. He has the skills, knowledge and ability to be a manager and trainer. Perhaps he could be a manager and still retain some in person customers like us, that would be ideal!

Travis Smith is great. He made sure to laugh at all of my husband's corny jokes. Of course, he performed a complete termite inspection. Congratulations on your fine choice of employees.

Recently Oscar came to my house and was very pleasant. He listed to our roach problem and knew exactly what to do. He was through and provide good customer service. He brought a piece of mind to our problem
