I’ve used OPC (formerly EDGE, formerly SAELA) for at least eight years. I’ve had many technicians service my home and property, but the ABSOLUTE BEST technician is Christina. She’s professional, polite, thorough, knowledgeable, knows/remembers exactly what my home and property require. She’s helped me deal with spiders, ants, mice, voles. If I could give her more than a five star rating, I would. Thank you, Christina!

Tim treated our house today and was very thorough. He even found a broken fan exhaust vent that could let critters into our home. We hope to have Tim help us again. Thank you!

Everyone that has served us was very professional and polite. We had a big problem with mice and now they are gone. We keep up with the service quarterly. Worth the price.

Stay far away from this place. We had a service scheduled for today. Guy never got out of his truck to do any service. Pulled up, sat eight minutes, then left. Then my wife gets a notice that they are charging $132 for service never performed. It's all on camera. Video does not lie. I've been wanting to get rid of them for a while because I was not satisfied. Stealing from people is a whole other thing though. Run, don't walk from this company.

So I woke up today and noticed a bunch of ants in my house and immediately started calling around and found O**** to come out but then I called this place and found out that they were significantly cheaper and offer equal if not superior services so of course I called and canceled o**** and kept my appointment for today. Juan was the technician who showed up and he was super professional, helpful, friendly, and amazing! He thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it at all times and didn’t leave me in the dark for anything. I am excited to see the ants decrease until there aren’t any more. I will keep you all updated.

Our technician Christina is amazing. She is always thorough and takes time to answer any questions or concerns we may have. We no longer have bugs in the house unless they are dead ones. After moving into our house, we had issues with spiders, ants, centipedes inside and outside.
