Over the years I've left Orkin and always come back to them when I need pest control. I've tried some of the other companies and they never come close to the level of personalized services that Orkin techs deliver. My property gets quite a bit more rats, mice and spiders as autumn closes in. I rest assured that Orkin has done their job and protected my home year after year. The maintenance service is by far the best in the area and the fact that a tech can come out to my place on Saturday is value in itself. I'm very happy with Orkin.

Stephen Sanchez is by far the nicest man at this company that I’ve ever met. He was very nice, personable, and easy to communicate with. He was understanding of my concerns and circumstances around my home. He wore shoe covers as well and didn’t make me feel weird asking if he had any. I hope every monthly service is with Stephen. As far as Orkin goes as a company they are great! Their customer service has always been helpful. Their rates are reasonable and their service is fabulous. Definitely recommended Orkin. If you live in the Denver Metro area, then 1000% sign up. You have a good chance of having Stephen come spray for you! Haha

Tyler was very personable & approachable. He listened intently as I gave him the history of what I've been dealing with. He addressed all of my problems and I'm glad I've signed up with Orkin for a long-term treatment plan!

Our family moved into a new home and we needed some pest control. Mike with Orkin was doing our first treatment within 15 hours of our call to set up services! He was professional, thorough, and personable. We will continue to use Orkin and we hope that Mike is involved in our services!

The Orkin team did a great job thoroughly looking through my apartment to make sure there weren’t any pest such as fleas or bed bugs. They took their time looking in every corner and crevice and were really friendly and professional. I was very pleased with their service.

I had a bed bug inspection scheduled, but the technician never showed. When I called I was told that even though my appointment was in the system no one scheduled a technician to come out, and they would send someone else next week. Found a different service who came out the same day. I don't feel like Orkin was respectful of my time or the stressful situation I am in.

We were having bug issues so we contacted Orkin. It was easy setting up an appointment. Our service technician, Michael, came out. He addressed our issues explaining them thoroughly and conducted a complete check and treatment. So far things are much improved than before! We are pretty happy after the initial visit with Michael!
