    Justin was wonderful! He was very informative and listened to my concerns. It didn’t take long to treat inside and outside of my home. He gave me extreme confidence that I’ll see a difference. I also appreciate the customer service via text, chat, & phone call prior to my initial service. It was easy to get a quote, my questions were answered promptly, & made sure I was well informed. Their professionalism is commendable.

    Kenneth is an absolutely wonderful person. I was running late and he went above and beyond to wait for me to get there today so he could treat the inside of our house. He knows what hours work for us and when the system puts us at a different window, he has changed it in the past. He is happy to be the person to schedule inspections and things for us rather than what other technicians have done (making us call during office hours to talk to the scheduling person in office).

    Edgar was very pleasant and knowledgeable during our first treatment with Orkin. Fingers crossed the gnats are gone for good! Just two hours in but so far so good. He did tell me if we saw anymore to contact you all. Thanks!

    Riley did a great job, very courteous, prompt, and professional. He gave a thorough explanation of the treatments as well as the service plan and payments. He quickly treated the outside and inside of the trailer. Before he left he explained what he had done and asked if we had anymore questions. Great job Riley!

    2024- Kenneth did an excellent job. He identified three large wasp nests of the aggressive breed in our chicken feed storage shed, as well as a mouse family. I am so happy the wasps are gone, it was really making feeding my chickens a nightmare since I'm afraid of bees, wasps, and other sting-y types of insects. Update: We had Orkin services this year as well (2025.) Edgar did a fantastic job- not only did we have hornets again in the feed storage shed, but we had two red wasps nests on the house, one of them we weren't aware of. The only thing I would improve upon is your call center...I called asking questions and the call center rep was nasty with me. I actually got most of my questions regarding stinging insects answered by CHATGPT. I had already scheduled a beekeeper to come out the next day and verify the species in the chicken feed shed. I am aware of the fact honeybees are federally protected. It turned out what we had was NOT honeybees, and we still had several breeds of aggressive wasps. I had been stung in the head by one of the hornets, which was identified by the beekeeper. Getting a beekeeper to come out was no problem- my town is specifically known for it's annual HoneyFest celebration. Beekeepers DO NOT relocate wasps. I made the rep who was nasty with me aware that if he didnt want to answer my general questions, I CAN ask ChatGPT. As stated, the beekeeper was scheduled for the next day- reps refused to book an appointment for the wasps for later in the week even though it had nothing to do with the beekeeper coming out. I know the difference between a red wasp and a bee species. This doesn't excuse the need for general questions to be answered, especially the multiple varieties of stinging insects I was dealikg with- it took three phone calls to get service scheduled for after the beekeeper's visit and I had to threaten a BBB complaint. My account should probably be noted that I don't mind makung a complaint if it's warranted. It turns out I was more knowledgeable than Orkin reps about stinging insects. It seems they assumed I was talking about one little ole nest in a suburban area. However, I live in a rural area and that was NOT what I was dealing with. While your on site techs do an excellent job, there is much room for improvement as far as your call center...especially the fact that AI outperformed them as far as knowledge. I learned SO much more from ChatGPT. If the reps weren't needed for scheduling, purposes and I was able to self schedule (like I can with other companies like Stanley Steemer!) , a CSR wouldn't have been necessary in my situation. Hopefully next year we don't have that issue- stinging insects seem to be a repetitive problem for us.
