you know sometimes you just need to call a company whose name you’re familiar with. I had an incident where I had a rodent jump out of the toilet in a unit that hadn’t been used in a while. They were out the same day took care of the problem and that’s what you’re really looking for a reputable company that offers great service. Martin Avalos is a great guy and worked with honesty and integrity. If he hadn't been so good of a guy. I would have not gone through with the service due to cost. I will acknowledge that an unnamed manager had to help make things more comfortable cost wise and give the authority to do it as well. The combination of his attitude and that management is an asset to the company and is what earned this 5 star rating. God Bless. When I need pest control service again I will call orkin

Horrible customer service. Not professional at all. I called to cancel because they were charging my card 3 times a month instead of one and they didn’t even care that I was complaining. I do not recommend this location. I was always happy with Orkin but this specific location is horrible. They need to train their staff to be more professional to earn business.

Hector, our bug sprayer, is the friendliest. We really enjoy talking to him. And i feel he is honest and I can let him go in any room and not have to follow. I took advantage of the introduction offer Over 2 years ago and the price for service after the introduction was fair so we stayed on. If ever there is a change in service days, I can call and change practically the same day. And there is always at least 2 messages reminding me the date and time they are arriving. Love that Tyrone our bug technician keep in instant contact with me, that they were going to be late but still make it for my service. Advise me about more insects and took care off it without any additional cost to my plan. House was vacant and left they left it securely after I check on the house the following day.
