Greg is our neighborhood service provider with orkin. He's very knowledgeable enjoyes the work he does. Has great communication skills. Explains the treatment process as well as recommended treatments very well. Always has a positive attitude. Orkin is very lucky to have someone as straight forward as Greg LeDuc. I was very satisfied with the initial assessment person for my home inspection. He helped me to arrange a plan for my mouse and bat problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy with the inspection and he was very thorough. The technician that came afterward on the same day was very nice, she told me exactly what she was going to do, and made sure that it was all ok with me, very knowledgeable and professional . My boyfriend and I bought a house and I was extremely excited, so I stayed up to clean. Well, at 1am I opened the dishwasher and I saw something move and I thought it was a cockroach! My boyfriend worked at 6am and I tried to wait to wake him to see what we could do. 4 am came along and I woke him up frantic (I was worried all the stuff we just moved in is now infested and we’d have to live in a infested house) so we agreed we call for help. I called orkin at 4 am and the lady on the phone was so sweet and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions like: is our mattress going to be infested because it’s on the ground (didn’t build the frame yet)? She assured me everything will be fine someone will be out there that morning. Well at 8 am same day Greg LeDuc inspected everything said he didn’t find evidence but as precaution he’ll put traps out and food that stops them from procreating. We have had them over a year and he always explains what he found or didn’t and if we tell him a new concern he has a fix for us right away. He is very professional but not too much where you can’t have a regular conversation with the guy. Thank you orkin for soothing our worries and thanks Greg for never making us feel silly!

Greg is very punctual and friendly. He informs his visit the previous day and in the morning of the service day. He explains the service what he is doing that day before he starts. He also asks if we have any new pest issues and he treats that issue well. I don’t hesitate to text him anytime if I have any new problems and he quickly responds back. I am very satisfied with Greg’s professionalism.

Highly recommend this company for all your pest needs. We had the opportunity to have Greg LeDuc come out and assist us with our need and he did an amazing job. Very respectful of our home. Communication was great.
