I forgot to ask the lady's name that just came to my house but she was so friendly and so understandable. She was extremely patient and answered every single one of my questions. Really wonderful lady and happy I went with you guys for the services I needed done. Also extremely affordable for our budget!

Eryn was very polite, courteous & professionalism & very good thorough. I am very pleased with her work. I have a rodent issue I live next to abandoned house they’re working on & have a neighbor don’t up keep there yard & I am in the middle of this mess & I am catching it bad. She went into my downstairs closet through crawl space underneath the staircase found a hole underneath carpet that needs to be addressed soon.. I lived particularly all my like never been in there. She did awesome job.

Chris is an amazing technician. He is very knowledgeable and his 10+ years of experience shows. More importantly, he is super friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better tech. Orkin is lucky to have such a great worker.

Matthew was polite, thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions and, most importantly, took care of the yellow jackets outside my front door! This is my second time using Orkin and I have been very impressed both times.

Overall, the people here are nice. However, they tried installing an aluminum door sweep which is defective. The rubber seal doesn’t come down all the way in the middle. I’ve tried calling numerous times even speaking with a manger who said they would have someone come back out and take a look which they never did. This was about 3 weeks ago now. No one has returned any of my calls and no one has come out for a follow up. Overall terrible customer service. It’s almost as if they’re just writing this off. Kinda crazy the lack of communication and follow up with this company. Long story short do not let Orkin touch your garage door. Tried calling today and nobody answered. I guess I’m Just going to have to cancel the payment and do this myself. This is a follow up review from my previous review. Orkin got in contact with me about my problem and they couldn’t have been more nice. They came back out the day after I posted my previous review and completely fixed the issue. I’m so incredibly grateful and impressed with their service and work fixing the issue. Thanks guys! I really appreciate your time and effort!

The technician, Matthew, was prompt, courteous & professional. We talked first about any issues and then he proceeded to inspect & fill bait traps. Several needed fresh bait in them. I felt Matthew did a fantastic and very thorough job. I have been with Orkin for many years and their service has always been good.

We had our regular spray done today and Matt was our technician. He is great very thorough. Ask questions and did a phenomenal job.

The technician (Jackie) was right on time, awesome, knowledgeable, explained things easily, very pet safety oriented, and did a great job. The price was over 200 due to me getting a year long treatment. But worth the price due to the lovely yellow jacket issue that popped up. She took care of other possible future issues too.

Mike from Orkin came in and was very professional. Explained the whole process and made sure to inspect the house very thoroughly. Very satisfied with our onboarding and looking forward to more service!
