Every time!!! Caesar exceeds expectations. Once again‼️‼️ Caesar is amazing… very thorough and he demonstrates customer care. We absolutely recommend Orkin and great techs like Casesar. I would also recommend getting on schedule for the treatments. It has been a GameChanger for us.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was from Brian in the McKinney office. At first meeting him at the door, he blew off my pest issue. I had to emphasize that it's an issue that wasps are coming into my house. We'd called a few months back and he did the same thing, saying that they would die off. They didn't! Earlier, the agent, over the phone, told me that if needed, they can call in a crew to get to the second level of a home. But Brian said that he didn't have a ladder. I had to tell him what the service person told me. I told him that it seemed like he didn't want to do the work and he started staring me in a confrontational manner and making excuses. He was saying it would cost more. I said of course it would, I need the pests out of my home. He stormed through my house speaking to me in a condescending tone and had the nerve to call ME confrontational! He clearly had some kind of an issue. And I cancelled my Orkin service on the same day.

I have started a new contract for pest control. I have chosen to go with Orkin this time. For the last couple of years, I’ve used another service and have chosen to move away from them. The initial conversation and service was a very good experience. Kyle, my technician, was very informative and very, very thorough. I greatly appreciate the time he took, and the quality he exercised. Orkin may be a little pricier than others, but so far I am very impressed with the service I received, as well as the promise of good visits in the future.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Orkin. My initial service on September 23 cost about $170, but they only treated the outside of my home and did an attic inspection. I rent, so any attic work is ultimately up to my leasing company—but what I really needed was the inside treated. When I asked why the inside wasn’t being done, I was told it wasn’t necessary because the technician was “so good.” Sure enough, bugs started coming inside shortly after. When I called to get follow-up service, I explained (as I had from the start) that Mondays and Tuesdays don’t work for me. Still, they scheduled me on a Wednesday weeks out. By the time my appointment came, the bug problem had gotten worse. Yesterday, I got a confirmation text for today’s (October 6) appointment between 12–2pm. This morning, without notice or explanation, my appointment was moved to October 15—over a week later. When I called, the representative couldn’t even see my original appointment for today. I’ve voiced multiple times that I’m not satisfied with the service and I feel like I was rushed into a plan I didn’t ask for. I wanted a one-time treatment, not a recurring plan, and now I understand why they push people so fast. The website advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but so far that has not been honored. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and not worth the money.

We paid for an initial inspection which included treatment for over $240. Their treatment the initial day was three traps with ZERO bait. Then we pay $60+ a month for follow ups. They didn’t come out the following month because “it takes time to catch animals,” well, if you don’t put bait obviously it’s going to take a VERY long time. Then they tried to sell us a $4,400 plan. Overall, so disappointing & customer service was extremely rude.
