Cory showed up and was well within his window of service. Polite and well mannered. Listened to our concerns and what we’ve tried. Explained his plan on what and how he would treat everything. It started raining before we could get to the yard but he had a backup for that. Very happy with Cory and our initial visit. He set easy to understand expectations and follow up instructions on next steps.
