Jeffrey came out today to apply insect repellent treatment at my home, and he was excellent. He was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly before starting the service. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood how the treatment works and what to expect. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I called Orkin about a serous ant problem I woke up to this morning. They were able to schedule someone to come out that day, unlike another pest control company whose name ends with X. The technician was very thorough and discovered how the ants were getting inside. He also treated the kitchen where I discovered the problem . They will also treat your entire house if you request it but 95% of the problem is outside. They are reasonably priced. They will schedule you every 2 months for follow up treatments at a reduced price but if you only want a one-time treatment you have to tell the technician at the time of service. I chose to have one follow up treatment and after that every 2 months I will have the option of another treatment or the choice to refuse.

Jeffery was my tech that came out for the initial inspection and service. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain to me what to look for when it comes to different pest. His customer service and technical skills were fantastic. He was overall a great guy and enjoyed the nice conversation. I don’t know what you guys are paying him but I’m sure he deserves more. Awesome job. Thank you!

I've been using them for few years, and I am always happy with what they do. If I have a problem after they come, all I have to do is call and they will come back out and tale care of it. They are the best. Jeff is the VERY BEST. We always look forward to seeing him. Kind, knowledgeable, and patient.

Joseph is amazing. I called devastated making sure there was no fleas in my home after allowing my dog to stay with a friend. He came back with fleas. I called Orkin and they got someone the next day early that morning. He was kind and respectful and my dog adores the Orkin worker who stopped by. He was very thorough getting everywhere behind the couches outside the front yard the backyard under the beds everywhere and he even offered to come back Saturday. The best customer service. Highly recommend 10/10.

We really enjoyed meeting the crew that are putting in our encapsulation of our crawl space, very polite, and knowledgeable, answered our questions! They are very proud of there work and it shows! We have got estimates from others and the product quality doesn't even match to Orkin! This company is highly recommended!!!

My family and I moved to South Carolina recently from New England and were definitely shocked by the difference in the bugs in this state. The Orkin manager took the time to address the difference is bugs from Connecticut vs South Carolina and validated our concerns and set us up with regular services. Jeff has routinely visited our home and not only has provided EXCELLENT service and answered my thousands of question, but has made a huge effort to make this a personable experience for us.
