Julius came to work, and work he did! A hot Saturday was no match for him, as he thought through the physics of my many-angled deck to build a critter-proof fence. The one-way exit I needed to coax out the large animal under the deck had to be custom positioned, and Julius pounded the tiny corner into a perfect barrier. He did not have a simple job that Saturday, but Julius was clearly driven by his work ethic to devise creative solutions for my family-erected (crazily measured and dug out) deck. I admired his positivity throughout and his quiet pride in a job well done. Julius is a true professional, a genuinely nice person, and a valuable asset to the Orkin company. Only concern was poor communication. I called on a Wednesday and was assured someone from the Saginaw office would call to set up a time for the weekend. On Saturday I hadn't heard so I called and left a message. Heard nothing by Monday so I called again and was told that I had an appointment for that Wednesday, with two different times. The rep was supposed to call to solidify the time frame. Heard nothing but he showed up later in the afternoon on Wednesday. He was attentive sprayed the area of concern. Hopefully it works.

The Orkin technician I had today was excellent. Good attention to all our details. Great product knowledge. My future business with Orkin I want this technical person. I feel bad I did not ask his name.

Mike Baker was awesome. Got to my house within a couple hours after I called (per my request), identified the pest that I killed, gave me great news that this WASN'T an issue or infestation. Quick, informative, and thorough. The person I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful as well. Glad I got a hold of these guys. They made my day.

I’m giving 5 stars for now, based solely on my home inspection by Frank. He was a nice guy and easy to talk to about my issue with mice. I’m hoping for the best with the traps he set and the spray he used throughout my house. I was already using my own traps and catching lots of mice; I’m hoping what he did while here actually eliminates the mice altogether. I don’t want to keep having to remove mice and reset the traps.

Joshua from Orkin came to our house and was very friendly and helpful. He patiently listened to understand everything my wife and I noticed and then explained his process of what he was gonna treat and when it was safe to be around. Before he left he checked in with us for anymore questions or concerns. Great professional and hope to have him back for more check ups.
