I had a stressful situation when my tenant reported that there was a mice problem in the attic, and crawlspace. After doing my research and reading lots of reviews, Orkin was the best option. From the first visit Robert Russell, one of the manager, was absolutely incredible. He was so patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which really helped put me at ease. He did a super thorough inspection, including the crawlspace, and clearly explained all of his findings. He even gave me some recommendations for long-term maintenance. I was worried about the issue, but his knowledge and calm demeanor made the whole process stress-free. This company is top-notch, therefore I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control Company for their expertise and wonderful attitudes. It was a quick inspection and targeted and effective treatment. Haven’t seen any termites since. I believe we were under warranty and were not charged. I’m very appreciative of quick and effective response.

Insects do not like to pay rent so when we found out that they moved in, I naturally reached out to Orkin for help. Their technician named Victor was next to Perfect. He explained everything resolved all of our issues and then some we were so satisfied we decided to sign up for an annual contract. Do not hesitate to call Orkin for any of your pest issues Trust me! The technician was polite and informative. He checked everywhere and provided new roach traps. He inspected the bathrooms and sprayed where we had just removed our old fridge. He explained that we had to caulk some areas where roaches might enter. Overall, very professional. Very polite. Very helpful.

Danny was on time, called ahead and walked me through everything before starting to treat my home, I know I'm in good hands. Our new tech JJ is also fantastic, very knowledgable, on time, communicative and friendly. Joseph who came this time was friendly, honest and listened to all our concerns.

I was actually hoping to be a repeat customer as my first experience with Orkin was very positive but this second time was terrible. If you are not ready to book and confirm on that same call (service prices ranging from 500+), be ready to receive conflicting quotes and mixed messages based on who you are speaking to. The first, second, and third time I called - I was given three completely different quotes and service packages, and this was all before any type of formal inspection at the home. I will not be back sadly.
