    Orkin did a great job. Our technician, Jose, was wonderful and very kind. He was also sympathetic to our situation. He even did extra work to add more protection to our basement. I must have called 7 places and Orkin was the best price, used the best quality products and was fast and efficient. They have my business moving forward, for sure!

    Recommend avoiding this location!! They charged me for services and then simply did not provide them. I paid for wasp abatement with the Orkin guarantee that they will return if the wasps returned within 30 days. I did have the initial visit, and the Orkin pro was wonderful, super knowledgeable, great to work with (thank you, Jordy! You're the best). However, the wasps returned a few days later and I have been calling literally for over the past month trying to get someone to come out. Despite telling me that it was escalated to regional/managers weeks ago, Orkin has completely ghosted me - no one has even called to tell me they wouldn't be able to come. Just very frustrating especially with a newborn at home who the wasps could seriously harm. I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company and finding a different, reliable company to come actually get rid of the wasps.

    Our family was having an issue with Bee's. We called Orkin and the entire experience from booking the appointment to completion of the Bee treatment was wonderful! The service technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns and were extremely thorough, helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help our family with the issue we were experiencing. Our family is so happy we found such a caring company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Dawn T.

    I first had a bad experience with the technician who came to my house for only 3 minutes and sprayed the exterior for ants and mosquitoes. A week later, I didn’t notice any difference. I’m one not to call and complain but I got in contact with Jennifer from Northeast Orkin and she was very apologetic and very helpful. I called her several times about the technicians work performance and she understood my concern and wasn’t bothered. She had the manager come out the very same day and he took care of the issue. He too was also very helpful and apologetic. I can’t express how impressed I was with how Jennifer and the managers quickly resolved my issue. Would highly recommend!!!

    The whole time I used orkin they never worked with me with scheduling. I needed them to come o. Monday's so I could be home so they could come in my home. I would call. I would be told that they would come on a Monday yet then I would receive notice with different day and date.....I had a dead mouse in my home for 4 months because they would not come on a Monday ( I worked , Monday was my day off). I felt ignored. I called repeatedly about this issue. So not very happy over all.

    I needed help with hornets…a lot of them. He came down and he asked a lot of questions. Once our conversation winded down, as we discovered where they were coming in from, he went right in and suited up and got right to work. Very satisfied at his work ethic, and his explanations for the questions that I asked. Great in all things. I truly appreciated his knowledge and diligence in this matter. In short, his work was awesome and if I ever have this issue again I hope that he is the one I deal with.

    I would give zero stars if it could. I had an Orkin tech come out on the 3rd of September to get rid of yellow jackets in my bathroom. I am still finding yellow jackets live in my bathroom. I have been calling for four days trying to schedule a follow up to get rid of them and no one has gotten back to me. I have called the branch number, the corporate number, tried to schedule something online, and I’m getting no response. I am beyond frustrated. Edit: 9 separate calls and I finally was able to schedule a follow up. Guess what? Still yellow jackets in my bathroom post follow up appointment. Unbelievable.

    The field agents are fantastic (five stars), but the Orkin scheduling system is plagued by an incredibly bad bureaucracy that is plain hostile to the customer. They scheduled me for external bait monitoring in the fall, even though I had previously agreed with a representative that the fall service is external and internal service combined, as it is supposed to be every year (both external bait and looking at the basement of the house). When I called that I was surprised that this was not a combined service, the agent was very understanding and even called the technician who was also surprised that it was scheduled that way. Yet she said she had to ask her manager for a change in scheduling and said the manager would call me back, which he did not -- I never get a call back from Orkin, their bureaucracy is just so bad. As a customer I have the right to have a combined service -- I need to be there for the internal one anyway and I also should be able to witness the external service. As a working professional I simply cannot take off from work two times. Yet apparently Orkin thinks the customer is at the service of Orkin, not the other way around. Turns out I could not even cancel the external bait service (the appointment that they scheduled was on extremely short notice, too, which is unacceptable), and I could not reschedule for a combined or just internal service. Another, again friendly, representative said somebody would call me back about that rescheduling. I know that this will not happen and I will have to call again. On top of that I now cannot witness the external service myself (I cannot take off from work just for that). The actual field service of Orkin is superb and very friendly to the customer, but their bureaucracy is among the worst I have ever witnessed, A source of endless frustration. And it is every year like that. They show incredible disrespect to the working professional customer who cannot simply take off from work willy-nilly to follow their whims.
