Tyler was the service tech today and did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and comprehensive, making sure to work on both floors of the house plus the crawlspace. He also sprayed along the outside perimeter of the house and additionally applied the mosquito spray. I was very happy with the service provided. Thank you, Glenn.

My mom recommended Orkin when I just had enough with the ant problem in my house. My mom has been using them for about 2 years now and has amazing things to say. Today was our first treatment so lets see what happens. Our technician Lauren was great super knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to see all the ants gone!!

Nina took my original call and processed my request with textbook perfection exemplifying kindness and knowledge the entire time. Then Kevin B. came to my home and remediated what could have been a dangerous situation and made the area surrounding our home safe for us as well as for our neighbors! So far my experience with Orkin has been phenomenal. From the first call to schedule my first service, to the customer service rep I spoke with to schedule and reschedule appointments and the actual exterminator that came out. The customer service has been exceptional. All the employees I have talked to have been amazing and answered every question I have had and were very knowledgeable. Especially Greg Bowens who came out to treat my home, he kept me updated every step of the way. We really appreciate him.

I had a beehive in front of my house,but no one showed up,I called customer service twice,and first time said helped me did the treatment,but he didn’t helped me ,I felt bad experience

Everyone starting with Eric who kept me so comfortable by explaining in depth, what was wrong, and all the steps that would be taken to correct the problem. He explained so well I felt I did not need input from any “make” friends before making a decision! The next day the whole crew Ray, Chris& Jose all had exemplary work ethics they were very mindful of keeping my home clean. They were polite and hardly took a break to eat or drink!
